I liked friendliness and assistance of the hotel staff, particularly, at the desk. All of them were just great.

most rooms are too lighted and u cant avoide the sun light or even the lights from the hallway. another thing bothering me sleeping was the wodden floor that u can hear every step on it.

Good location, spacious and clean room. Breakfest included, wide variety of tasty meal and drinks. It was good choice for that price.

We had quite spacious room, elevator was always working ok (what was very important living on the top floor!), our window faced the backyard garden - no other windows opposite; it was quiet and peaceful. We were given early check-in facility - many thanks to the proprietors!

Despite confirmed one queen-sized bed, we got two regular beds. Surprisingly, we were requested to pay in full upon check-in. Internet wifi access was not always stable, one night it was gone completely, so I had to ask the receptionist to reload the wifi router next morning. Location is great in terms of neighboring restaurants and shops, however public transportation is not so close to the hotel, which might turn to a problem if luggage is heavy.

It's quite good located, not so far away from main western-city shopping street. Just few minutes from U-Bahn station. There's nice bakery-cafe opposite the hotel, where you can find delicious cakes, sweets and sandwiches etc. The hotel stuff helpful and nice.

It's very run-down hotel. You got only one keys-complet including 5 different for: main door, corridor, room, balcony and..... Wc.... (Lol). There's no ring direct to your room, so if you go out seperately there's big problem to enter to hotel at all, especially in the night time. Also crunchy floor in the room, strange smell (kind of cats-like), broken lock in the room door, no hair-dryer. As they've written in the offer there should be internet wi-fi in the room, but....not where we stayed. No signal or very poor. That was one of the worst hotels we stayed - never again.

Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was nice and it is included in the price of the room. Fairly good location. It takes about 10 minutes walk to the metro station and than about 15 minutes to get downtown. Excellent combination of price&facilities.

The bedrooms were very confortable and wide. They cleaned them every day and changed the towels whenever we wanted Breakfast was also quite good, only hot milk was missing in the buffett. There would not control anything, so we could do whatever we wanted.

For what we paid it was perfect.

O pequeno almoco era bastante rico com muita variedade. Era tudo limpo. Uns 30 min a pe' do jardim zoologico ou 5 de duas paragens de metro. Tranquilo e com um ambiente familiar.

Pouco isolamento: fiquei num quarto ao pe' da sala de pequeno almoco e de manha cedo acordava com as pessoas, e por vezes 'a noite tambem. As cortinas nao cortavam o sol de manha. Os colchoes necessitam de ser alterados. Mas nao se dorme mal (por vezes sente-se as molas)

Frühstücksbuffet schlicht und einfach. Ich war noch nicht einmal richtig im Hotel wurde schon die Bezahlung verlangt. Es war durch eine Gruppe aus Osteuropa nach Mitternacht sehr sehr laut.

Pulito e zona tranquilla. Vicinanza alla metro.
