I liked the service.

The hotel was well presented, the staff welcoming and the room very comfortable and clean.

The room was extremely comfortable with a good bathroom, and the breakfast was truly excellent!

The first person I encountered at the front desk did not seem very eager to be of help, however the person I had the following day was wonderful.

The staff is very accomodating. The room we stayed in was big. The bathrooms are new and clean. Prices were good. It is right by a park so if you are a runner, its perfect for that. There is free internet and you can connect as many items as you want (mobile phone, a couple of computers etc. ) Location is good and bad at the same time. There is a tram station right in front of the door but the if you want to go to Hauptbahnhof or to Altstadt, you need to walk 5-10 minutes to the next station because the trams in front of the hotel go outside the city. Once you get to the next station hbf is 5 minutes and Altstadt is 10-12 minutes.

The pillows are very thin, as if there is no pillow. I normally dont worry that much about it but this one was extreme. There is no treadmill in the fitness center (this is important for me but there is a park right behind the hotel that makes up for it). And I suggest making sure that price you get from booking.com is the same as the hotel as in our case, there was a misunderstanding, which the staff resolved. It just made the check out time longer.

Friendly reception, clean rooms, good spa area, perfect breakfast, comfortable beds, unique design.

A bit too far from the city center for a city tour, so you have to walk 5-10 minutes to the tram and then go 6-7 stops to get to the city center.

It's location allowed me quick access to the eastern Ruhrgebeit as it was a 5 minute trip to the main Wuppertal motorway. It also has the wonderful "Auf'n Hennecamp" bar within walking distance. It is also only a 7 minute walk to the S-bahn. That links you to the U-bahn after about 2 stops.

The hotel is in a very gloomy, dead section of Dusseldorf (which itself is not exactly the Paris of Germany!). It does have secure parking, but the whole area seemed rather de-populated and dark at night. It feels like a bit of a hike to go to the S-bahn although the alternative of hanging around the hotel area doesn't bear thinking about- except for the excellent bar mentioned.

Attracted by the breakfast comments by others...and its true, its outstanding. Service from the staff member knows as "Fox" was beyond the call of duty...he couldnt do enough to help.

If you want a hotel with lots of facilities, hot and cold running staff, on-site restaurant and room service and a feeling of spaciousness then dont go here. However if you prefer your hotel to be personal, compact and contemporary and you are ok with walking out to get fed then this is is for you...you'll be happy here!

Nice hotel with gym facilities in a quiet part of Düsseldorf. Walking distrance from the U-bahn which brings you to the centre of the Altstadt (city center)

Lovely friendly staff, nothng was too much trouble. breakfast was amazing. Nice clean hotel, excelent location, easy to get to tram and onto the old town. Would definately go back there...

This hotel is worth every penny,and should be higher then a 4*. i loved the little touches,the ducks on the bed,the sweets in the reception and the staff actually talking and friendly to you! would reccomend this hotel!!

I wish there was aircon for the whole room though,a little machine does not help. still very hot at night with all windows open and aircon on.
