die freundlichkeit aller wechselnder mitarbeiter, vor allem die Tochter der Hotelmanagerin hat meine offene kritik im bezug auf den zimmerkomfort aufgefangen und versucht mich noch in ein komfortableres zimmer umzubuchen. der umgang mit der reklamation war vorbildlich !!! ja,toilette auf dem flur, wo gibt es denn so etwas noch heute, das sind selbstverständliche standards |

Besonders beeindruckt war ich vom außergewöhnlich freundlichen und professionellen Personal, von der Sauberkeit und, dass dieses 2-Sterne-Hotel einen Nachtportier hat, der nachts auch noch einen Kaffee serviert. |
