Good size bathroom The hotel was situated too close to train and traffic noise. As there was no airconditioning windows left open allowed for numerous spiders to enter the room which my husband had to kill. |

It is in a very quiet place, the hotel staff was extremly friendly and helpfull. The breakfast was very big and a lot of variaty. I would go back if I stay close to Koblenz |

The hotel was clean, the staff was nice, the family room was perfect for us. Located in a quiet area. Around 10 min by train from Koblenz center or 20 min by bus. Breakfast was generous. The credit card machine was out of order, this could have been a problem for payment. Limited choice of restaurant in the area |

Cafetaria enorm duur . 3€/glas bier.maw 25€ betaalt voor 9 consumpties.Ontbijt was beloofd tegen 07.00uur , maar om 07.20u nog geen personeel en eten aanwezig.Eieren zijn ongekookt op toog blijven staan. |

Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich u. hilfsbereit - vielen Dank nochmal fürs "überbrücken" :-) Das Zimmer war schön u. das Frühstück reichhaltig u. lecker. Capuccionomaschine zum "selberzapfen" wäre toll ! |

Pienehkä, mukava perheen hoitama hotelli. Hotellin henkilökunta oli ystävällinen ja huone, jossa yövyimme, oli siistissä ja hienossa kunnossa. Aamiaistarjoilu buffettina oli mukavasti laitettu tarjolle. Aamiaisella rauhallinen tunnelma. Mukavasti vastinetta kolmen tähden hotelliksi. Junan ääni läheiseltä sillalta kuuluu jossain määrin sisälle mikäli ikkunat olivat auki yöllä. Ei kuitenkaan suurta haittaa eikä sen vuoksi kannata jättää väliin. |

El personal fue muy atento en todo momento, facilitando servicios e informaciones conforme se les solicitaban (visitas de interés, alquiler de bicicletas, conexion a internet, horarios de los barcos del Rhin etc...) He puesto regular en limpieza aunque quizás es muy riguroso... el caso es que soy más alto que la media y veía los altillos de los armarios, y nunca habían visto una gamuza anti-polvo!. Pero en general la limpieza también era buena. En alguna ocasión no cambiaron las toallas del baño de un día para otro. |

Das Zimmer war modern eingerichtet, das Frühstücksbuffet reichhaltig und das Personal beim Frühstück war sehr zuvorkommend. Leider lag unser Zimmer im Geräuschpegel der nahen Bahnstrecke und zur Straße hin. Dort war es aufgrund von "Nachtschwärmern" sehr laut. |

Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis - übertraf unsere Erwartungen, da Fotos und Beschreibung oft nicht die Realität vermitteln. Die Servive-Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und das Frühstücksbüffet vielfältig und reichlich. Für Geräuschempfindliche - man konnte die Züge hören. |
