Free parking just beside the hotel with plenty of space. 15 - 20 minutes walk to the city center. Breakfast was very good with lots of varieties. Plenty of space in the room and the curtain shut the light out to get a good sleep even when it gets bright from the early morning. We did not search for the elevator but using the stairs was the most easiest way to the room. If you have heavy luggages, it may be difficult to go up and down.

Rooms are spacious and clean, breakfast OK. The location is not too bad, about 20 minutes to walk to the center. Ask for a room to the back as it is on one of the main roads. Good sound proof windows though so it shouldn't be a problem anyway.

The staff were very friendly, especially the bellhop from Kosovo. The room was very comfortable and spacious. The breakfast was fantastic!!! We can't wait to stay here again. It was a bit further than we thought to walk into the city & had to drive.

Nice room and very good breakfast. Wi-fi is not free and it is located twenty minutes walking from city center along a street similar a motor way. Really unpleasant.

Facility is very nice, good location within easy walking distance to the Altstadt. Friendly, helpful staff. Roomy, comfortable room. Desk staff all seemed to speak very good English. (Don't know about the breakfast room staff, as it was just as easy to speak to them in German). Excellent breakfast, very attentive staff. Newspapers (both German & English) in the breakfast room. Excellent value for the money.

The breakfast buffet is superb. Hotel staff professional, attentive and polite. Rooms are rather small and outdated but clean. Safe, pleasant walk to the Old Stone Bridge.

This hotel is very comfortable and well run. It also has a cosy atmosphere. It is a 20 minute walk into Regensburg old town, which is very pleasant, as it takes you over the main stone bridge, with glorious views of the cathedral and the old town, There are plenty of restaurants nearby.

Convenience, location, free! parking, breakfast buffet & dinner, cleanliness of room and sitting area in room. Lack of English speaking staff. Misleading information concerning WiFi hot spot service. According to Booking.com it is available throughout the hotel for EUR 8 per hour. (That price is outrageous!) According to the staff there is none! The only internet access was on one public (and very hot) phone booth containing one PC.

Der Service und die Aufmerksamkeit der Angestellten ist sehr lobenswert. .Auch ist die Sauberkeit im Zimmer, Bad und im ganzen Hotel zu erwähnen. Während des Frühstücks wurde man sehr umsorgt und es wurde ständig das Buffet neu bestückt. Ich war nun das 4 mal in diesem Hotel und komme immer wieder gerne hierhin.

Ich buche immer wieder gerne dort, das Service und die Mitarbeiter waren jedes Mal ausgesprochen freundlich, zuvorkommend und unkompliziert - auch bei kleinen Buchungsänderungen. Ich kann dieses Hotel (vor allem für Businessreisende) nur weiterempfehlen. Auch das Frühstücksbuffet kann sich sehen lassen.

Hotel ligt buiten het prachtige centrum (20 minuten lopen) van Regensburg (Unesco werelderfgoed). Niet modern ingericht, lobby was nogal onpersoonlijk, maar wel erg goed en praktisch hotel tegen een gunstig tarief. Andere hotels in centrum zagen er gezelliger uit, maar wel erg duur en bij hotel parkeren was in het centrum niet mogelijk. Avia is een goed alternatief, heeft ruime prima kamer, veel handdoeken in goede badkamer. Uitstekend, uitgebreid en lekker ontbijt. Behulpzaam personeel, ook bij het ontbijt. Hotel beschikt over restaurant. Gratis parkeren buiten bij hotel.
