The room was nice, clean and comfortable. Funitures are in old style but new. I like bathroom with big shower. About 20 mins by tram from train station to hotel but it's not hard to find. Just cross a road and you will reach the hotel. The man at reception cannot speak English very well. However, we can understand what he wanted to communicate. |

Friendly and helpful staff, nice beds, cleanlyness, nice furniture, excellent breakfast One side of the hotel is located towards a street with heavy traffic. Although windows are soundproof, they are not good enough to keep noise outside. So even at night, I could not sleep there. |

We have really enjoyed the short stay in the hotel - the room was clean and pretty with luxury furniture, staff was friendly, breakfast was excellent with great choice. The funny thing was talking to the staff - the receptionist did not speak English much and I do not speak German well, but I understand, so he spoke German to me and I replied in English :-) |

Only the old style of the furniture and the LCD screen Small room (not like the ones in the pictures from bookings.com); Cold (despite the fact we had reservation and arrived at midnight); Broken things (the sink in the bathroom was blocked, some shoe storage furniture had the top moving, not fixed...); the welcome was strange - an envelope on the door with a text message in German and a phone number; I didn't write them in German as I don't know it.. |

Das Frühstück ist sehr zu empfehlen. DasRührei wurde frisch zubereitet und der Teeliebhaber findet seeehr viele Teesorten vor. Ein Extraplus für den frisch gepreßten Orangensaft. Sehr gutes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis! Bitte Ohrenstöpsel mitnehmen. Bei offenem Fenster zu schlafen ist fast unmöglich bei dem Straßenlärm. |

Hübsche Ausstattung, modern und sauber, nettes Personal, tolles Frühstücksbuffet, Haltestellen für Straßenbahn/Bus direkt vor der Tür. Angebot vieler Serviceleistungen, die wir jedoch nicht genutzt haben. Würden das Hotel weiterempfehlen und auch selbst wieder dort buchen. Liegt etwas außerhalb (keine Geschäfte o.ä. in direkter Umgebung), Fernseher zeitweise defekt (als Ausgleich gabs aber kostenlosen Internetzugang), Klimaanlage etwas schwierig zu bedienen (ging versehentlich nachts an) - Personal war aber sehr bemüht zu helfen! |

フロントの方が大変親切でした。 トラムの駅からすぐのところにありますが、そのトラムが約20分に１本の路線で、休日朝などは動いていない- (代わりに20分に１本のバスあり)といったトラムで不便を感じました。中央駅からだと乗換が発生するので- 、大きな荷物を持っての旅行は大変だと思います。 |

Zimmer sind ganz schön. Lage direkt an großer Kreuzung, was auf der Webseite nicht erwähnt wird. Frühstück nur Chaos,lieber weniger Schnick Schnack dafür die Basics aufgefüllt und frische Brötchen. Es ist hässlich wenn man in der Küche die Plastiksäcke liegen sieht, wo die Brötchen drin liegen und die "Köchin" die dann immer drei in jeder Hand rausträgt... |

Très jolie chambre, décorée avec goût et très bien insonorisée. Petit déjeuner buffet très bon et varié. L'emplacement du quartier. Malgré la proximité d'une ligne de tramway qui va directement en centre ville (10-15 min du centre), le quartier manque de charme et ne représente pas l'ambiance étonnante de la ville de Dresden. |

Prima Lage, mit Öffi's in 12 Min in der Innenstadt, hübsche Einrichtung, sehr nette Mitarbeiter(innen). Lärmempfindliche Personen sollten versuchen ein Zimmer nach "hinten" zu buchen. |

Das Gesamtpaket des Hotels hat uns super gefallen. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt, die Einrichtung des Zimmers war wirklich schön und hat zum Wohlfühlen eingeladen, das Frühstück war sehr lecker und vielfältig und die Lage des Hotels war für uns auch ideal. |

приятный интерьер, даже удивило, что за такую оплату такой красивый номер. В наш приезд на ресепшене была женщина, отлично говорящая по-русски, она хорошо объяснила как пользоваться транспортом в городе, это помогло в дальнейшем. плохо, что накануне приезда на карточке заблокировали сумму и не разблокировали после нашей оплаты, теперь месяц нужно ждать, пока банк разблокирует. |

Das Aviv Dresden ist für mich eines der schönsten Hotels, die ich kenne. Die Zimmereinrichtung ist äußerst geschmackvoll und hochwertig. Man schläft in sehr großen Betten mit Daunendecken. In den Suiten gibt es riesige Badewannen, die zum Baden zu zweit einladen. Ein kostenloser Parkplatz ist hinterm Haus, gratis Erotikkanal. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist wunderbar, sehr liebevoll mit Kaviar, verschiedenen Rühreisorten, ca 30 Teesorten, frischgepresster Orangensaft so viel man möchte.. für 10,-€ absolut unschlagbar. Sehr nettes Personal und Hotelleitung. Definitiv die Nummer 1 in Preis/Leistung in Dresden! Ich werde sicher Stammgast und kann es uneingeschränkt empfehlen.. war lange nicht mehr so begeistert. eine Minibar in den Suiten bzw. Comfort-Zimmern wär schön..sonst alles perfekt! |

Das Hotel Aviv ist für eine Städtereise ideal geeignet,da man mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln problemlos und günstig in die Stadt kommt.Die Hotelmitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und nett .Das Frühstück ist abwechslungsreich,frisch und man hat eine große Auswahl .Gut ist auch der kostenlose Parkplatz im Hof .Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir würden dieses Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen. |
