Hotel Aviva    

I likje this hotel as it has a good location, if you have a car. The rooms are always clean and tidy and breakfast is of a good standard.

Sometimes guests congregate at the entrance to the hotel and because of the shape of the building their chatter and noise echoes around the hotel and can be annoying if it goes on late. There are no English language TV channels. The Free WiFi is so slow that it is rendered useless if you wanted to use the web.

There seems to be nothing to do in the local area, and it is quite a distance away from the more interesting parts of the city.

Staff really want to make you happy with their services. The location is far from down town but if you don't mind just by bus number 73 you will be next to big malls after 15min. I've been in Germany 5 times but Three things I found in this hotel was the weakness of the other hotels: Free (and high quality) WiFi internet without any trouble, Breakfast, free parking. After this hotel, I had a stay in a 5 star hotel in Stuttgart. Breakfast in Aviva was much better than a 5S hotel! If you arrive late you can eat pizza in hotel or McDonald is 2min walking, Shell (Gas&Shop) is there as well.

I asked for massage service (40€ per hour) I paid for 3 sessions but the guy screwed me up for one of the sessions. The hotel called him and I refunded 40€ and I got two drinks free from reception. I didn't see iPod or iPad station, or coffee/tee maker in the room.

varied breakfast with plenty of choices, pieceful location, immersed in a tranquil suburban area, very green neighborhood.

a taxi is the only option if you want to come back to the hotel if you want to stay out at night after 23.00

Fantastic breakfast - so much choice. Great gym, sauna and steam room - lovely to relax in. Very clean rooms and reception area which was ideal for a short stay. We also had the pizzas which were great.

Only net curtains in both the double rooms - no proper curtains. We had booked a family room but there was a problem and we were offered two adjacent doubles. Fortunately it was a weekend so there was no one opposite in the office building but otherwise no privacy with only net curtains !

awesome breakfast - must have in Germany. Don't miss this hotel. New and stylish look rooms and lobby wii and flat tv there. Great place to stay. Free wifi and parking what else could you wish for?

shower and toilet are separated from the bed room by a glass wall if your comfortable with that

The Hotel was easy to find and it had outside Parking for my Van. It was also very clean and staff were English Speaking and Helpful.

I did'nt have any Curtains up at the Windows and the Shower was a little bit on the small size ( Bearing in mind I am not a large Person !! )
