Great price for really good newly furnished room.

Bathroom has a glass transparent door. So there is no private space if you are going to toilet. Other person on bed can see everything. Its weird.

Nothing. The place is definitely not 4 stars and does not deserve 7.7.

No Internet connection in the room though it was promised. No phone in the room. No fridge. Basically a room with a bed. Towels were not enough etc. parking area was dangerous and scary.

I like the restaurant, the food is very good and low price. I also like the location near the messe.

There is no wifi at top floor, even at downstairs wifi very slow and cannot connect at all. The reception won't help you for Internet. Just say to me that is your own problem.

no kettles in the room or teas and coffee. Only 1 pillow each. Only 1 vegetarian choice in the restaurant.

A nice hotel for the money. Room was new, with really nice bathroom and very comfortable bed. We paid 40 eur for one night, which is a bargain.

Breakfast was 7 eur extra per person and we booked it. However, it was very poor and not worth it at all. We were in need of iron and ironing desk, but the receptionist said it was not allowed to use it in the room. Instead we were given the possibility to use it in the locker room for the cleaning staff. Very silly, we were not even told why.

Very good value for comfortable accommodation. Having Wifi and balcony was good. Having GPS helps to find it.

Room was lovely - very spacious and clean. Facilities are good (although we did not use them) and the wifi is relatively fast and free (though wireless is available only on the fourth floor; an ethernet cable is available on all other floors after a 10 eur deposit). There is a restaurant downstairs though we did not eat there (it was closed much of the time we were there; also, there were no English menus or English- speaking staff). Prices were fair.

The staff we encountered ranged from helpful to very unhelpful (additionally, some may be inconvenienced by the fact that very few staff seemed to speak English). Location was quite poor - the only things nearby are a gas station across the road and a sex sauna; it is a 10-15 minute walk to the nearest bus stop (which does not go directly to the city centre) and the local Aldi.

Good price for the money - to overnight when travelling to the Alps.

Cleaning ladies made a big noise from the early morning.

The Staff were extremely helpful, the breakfast was very convenient as was having the Gastanome restaurant.

That it was not a little closer to a public transport route esp in winter....

Everithing was good for our trip+exhibition of caravaning and traveling, hotel is only 5 km from expo and it I wanted.

Staff, room was not heated!

I found the hotel perfect for my requirements. The staff are friendly, the rooms are comfortable and clean, actually including all facilities mentioned on your booking site.

The hotel info sheet said there was wifi AND a PC in the lobby for guest use. Unfortuantely, ther was no PC.

Our room was quite big and clean also we had comfortable bed.

I could not turn the heating on more than 22Celsius.There wasn't hairdryer in the room. I could ask for receptionist who could not speak english at all for 10EUR caution. The breakfast cost 7,50eur/person which was expensive. There was no boiled eggs, no milk when we went to breakfastroom however we still had 1,5 hour from breakfast time. So after all we cancelled breakfast request at the hotel and bought much cheaper everything in the supermarket.

Hotel is well-looking, rooms are clean and spacious, all services in excellent condition. Late check-in possible. Free WiFi. Hotel located in calm part of the city. Good for overnight rest if you travel by car.

Without car hotel is difficult to reach. Hotel staff don't speak English. Free parking space usually fully occupied.

Very Nice Hotel, clean and pleasant. óTimo hotel, staff receptivo e falam inglês bem (coisa rara por Leipzig). Quartos limpos e funcionais. Muitos armários, pequena cozinha funcional - só faltou uma chapa/fogão elétrico. Internet ótima e veloz (com fio somente, cabo alugado). Café da manhã bom mas um pouco caro. Estacionamento farto na rua do hotel.

Bathroom light operates automatically only, and as there is only a glass door, the light spots directly on the face of the bed. Really annoying in the night. But the staff was receptive to hear that and I think it will soon be solved. If one has to walk to get the tram in bad wheather... It´ll be an issue. Very far...
