The staff, the bedroom, the jacuzzi bath in the bathroom, the spa facilities - but I never used them! Next time...

Breakfast way too dear and not worth the cost - avoid!

The shower was huge and fantastic and I want one at home! The bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever stayed in and I found it refreshing that there were enough pillows. So often in hotels, you only get one quite slim pillow!! These were luxurious.

I didn't like the banging disco music at breakfast and I found the darkness in the corridors and rooms a little oppressive at times. I also found the fact that people wandered around the hotel in only the complimentary house coats a bit "odd". I found it a bit threatening to be in the lift on my own with a man "flashing" in a looseley tied housecoat on his way from the sauna.

Great customer service, lovely room. Thank you for the free upgreat when I requested a bath in the room instead of a show.

The room smelt of smoke. There was probably a smoker in the room previous to me. This spoilt my stay a little only but I still loved the room.

The staff respects the guests privacy. Good information about city and cultural life at the reception.

Staff are nice though there is a little bit of communication problem, I told them twice to give me a wake up call at 11am (they moved the bfast till 2pm on a saturday coz guest usually stayed up so late) but they totally forgot I usually take heavy breakfast so I skip lunch the hotel clerk apologized but still its not acceptable,especially if you outlined your plans for that day.

Everything for me is excellent, the location,the breakfast buffet is great!

This is a Gay Hotel and advertise themselves as Heterofriendly. Staff were very helpful, fluent in several languages and efficient. I would recommend it to the gay and lesbian community, but would think that some couples with kids would feel awkward.

Comfort and luxury, very welcoming staff even for a heterosexual couple. Wonderful ambiance and nice architecture. Perfectly well located

The hotel is hetero-friendly. You don't need to be gay but at least open-minded. This does not pop-up from the booking.com web site. This should be stated in order to avoid some people feeling uncomfortable.

Smart hotel and convienient to the local scene. Rooms are very much on the small side though and not teh best value for money in the area.

Checkin listed as 1400 on Booking.com, when arrived at hotel they said it was 1500. We actually got into our room at 1615!!! Having been told by staff that they had upgraded us to a suite for our wait, when in fact we had booked and paid for a suite. Cleanliness of the downstairs toilets was not good - fair enough they had a busy weekend but they should employ more cleaners to cope.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was very good. Rooms were perfect size for a city break

The fact that it was placed in the gay area of Berlin.

I did not like the look of it. Too much black, black, black everywhere. I felt like was sleeping in a prison cell, and I had bad dreams the first night. It looks like some interiour designer freaked out on it. Not welcoming at all.
