I like that the shop was just some meters away It was very difficult to find. The coordinators did not work well. Our room finally was ok but it did not have curtains so sunlight was unavoidable. Worst thing was that our neighbor a Danish family were robed, someone took their money just while the husband wad in the toilet.

nichts in einer Woche (5 Übernachtungen) keine Reinigung, kein Betten machen, kein Handtuchwechsel, kein Mülleimer leeren Ausstattung, wie vor 20 Jahren, keine Steckdose am Bett oder Schreibtisch, gähnende Leere im Schrank, wo ein Kühlschrank sein sollte

Senge og bad. At man ikke kan få morgenmad på hotellet. Den morgenmad man kan købe på Serwayes er ikke særlig god, og meget dyr. Maden på Serwayes er også dyr og med meget få muligheder, hvis man skal spise efter ankomst, skal man ud at køre igen, for at finde et ordentligt madsted. Prisen for en nat I dobbeltværelse, alt taget I betragtning er for høj, vi boede for 80 Euro pr dobbeltværelse med halvpension I østrig, og det var morgenbord og aftensmad der var god og rigelig.

Persionalet og selve hotellet var godt. God service samt rent og pænt hotel. Grunden til, at vi bookede dette hotel var bla. Af der var sauna og pool. Det viste sig da vi kom frem, af hverken saunaen eller poolen virkede, da begge dele var under ombygning. Dette var vi ikke blevet oplyst om, for så havde vi booket et andet hotel. Dvs. Vi har betalt for noget vi ikke fik. ( Det må være en ommer ) Da vi skulle have aftenmad, ventede vi en time på maden, efter vi havde bestilt den.
