Las camas eran muy comodas, y el personal del hotel muy amable, tenia un ambiente confortable con sauna, piscina (aunque no la use) un ambiente mas bien familiar y acogedor No me gusto que no tiene restaurante unicamente servicio de desayuno y los restaurantes no son muy cercanos, en cuanto a la distancia del centro de la ciudad no es tan cercano como lo dicen en la pag web hay que caminar bastante aunque los alrededores son buenos porque es el area de la universidad de stuttgard |

The value for money and the very friendly, helpful staff. It would appear the housekeeping staff are rather careless. We were in a smoking room and there were cigarette butts left in the ashtray (on the balcony) - also there was no toilet paper! |

They showed us another vacant room which is wider than booked one, and accepted to change the room without any charge. We could choose coffee from some kinds in the breakfast. Even shutting the window, still the waterfall in garden was noisy. |

It was nicely decorated Ιt should inform its clients about the types of the rooms available. It should translate at least the welcoming letter to another language, apart of German, and they should do the same with the menu of the room service. It should improve the choice in their breakfast buffet. |

The hotel has good facilities including it's own pool. Very helpful, friendly staff. The only two things that dulled our stay here, were the design of the bathroom (shower door didn't fit and the toilet!!!) and our room was next to the lift, which was noisey. |

Staff were very nice - opened swim pool for us after midnight. Pool nice. Gardens nice Bed comfortable Room nicely arranged. Everything modernized, Breakfast very good. Internet available free in some areas. Good discounts onn weekend. Room and lobby smaller than expected for 4* hotel. Internet not free in room. I did not see any public-use computer- is there one? Sauna etc costs 15Euros each use. I did not see any restaurants very close but did not need one on this trip - Are they nearby? Several stairs to go up to get to lift. No big discounts during workdays. |

la piscine le prix est trop élevé pour un hotel de ce standing, petite chambre. Trop éloigné de la ville pour les pietons. Rue non référencée sur le plan dans la gare !! J'ai du prendre un taxi pour 4 km. Je pensais qu'il était dit qu'il y avait une réélle proximité à pieds par rapport à la gare, heureusement qu'il faisait beau et que je n'étais pas préssé à mon rdv. |
