It's a very nice hotel Thank you!
-the vending machine is slightly expensive compare to outside -probably it would be better if we are provided with electric kettle inside our room -the breakfast price is on the upper price range
Empolyes were cooperative clean calm suitable for families and has private parking
Elevator was noisy
New hotel, clean, spacious, warm room, comfortable bed, parking place in the hotel. Breakfast basic but not expensive.
It is away from the city centre but it was ok for us, because we travelled by car. There was no hair dryer and if you neede one there was an extra charge. The parking places are limited and when the hotel is fully booked, not enough.
located near train station, the receptionnist is kind, room confortable, price is OK
Convenience Friendliness Value for money Nice stylish rooms. Has what is needed
Noise from other rooms
There is no back door to the parking area. When we arriving it is raining heavily and it is hard for us to move our luggage from car to room. The hotel maybe close to hospital as ambulance could be hear from time to time and very loud. The bed is very narrow.
I think it is a good choice if you go to the city
english speaking, very helpful, comfortable room, good value for the money
a little bit out of town, however, trains were close and a bit of issue with wi-fi
Clean , staff is excellent , breakfast is good.
Location is not far from town but a bit hard to find.
New and comfortable budget hotel, with clean and trendy interior decoration. Free parking. Simple but nice buffet breakfast for just 7.5 euro.
the setup of wifi is troublesome if you do not have a German mobile number. Authorization of wifi needs a sms confirmation from your German mobile number. You need to ask front desk to help manually. The location is far away from the city center and main scenic spots.
the warmth and hospitality of the staff and the overall cleanliness standards of the hotel
The staff esp. David Pöck were very helpful. The brkfst was super and the wi-Fi strong. It was close-15 min- walk to the Hauptbahnhof and the city transportation lines. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable.
B&B must be close to the Heidelberg Rote Kreuzung because sirens were heard all night and day. Quite a small room meant improvising to use suitcases - small shower. Location a bit far from the Altstadt.
Hotel is new and modern and very clean. Breakfast buffet is quite good. Bus and tram line to old town very nearby. Main road out of town toward Speyer and Worms is near and easy to find.
nothing about which to complain.
Inexpensive Well kept
As far as we could tell, only one device could be on the wifi Pretty long way from the interesting parts of Heidelberg
Small is the key here but you get everything you need. It's a new property. TV has 2 channels in English. Breakfast is good.
You will need a car or a bus to get to the center
- service, everybody very friendly and helpful - very clean - parking on site - close to public transportation - good breakfast buffet
- a little too much street noise when window is open
Staff very help full
We were welcomed pretty well. The place is great, brand new. It's a bit a far from the city center, but very easy and fast to get the tram nearby. Staff provide us all the information. Automatic check-out was very convenient.
the place is new. the room is clean. good breakfast. free parking
a little too far from the city
free wifi, comfortable bed
Room is good. The self-check-in is very convenient, no check-out needed. Good for young people. Location is OK, walking distance is about 12 mins from Heidelberg Hbf. Bus stop is 3 min walking distance and there are buses to old town directly.
The room is not very clean, but acceptable. No mini bar (but reasonable because no check-out needed).
Friendly Staff Clean, comfortable room Reasonably priced Conveniently located
Smokers outside the front door.
Very nice, modern rooms. Big elevator, nice shower. Vending machines in lobby for a cold beer or other drink. A short, easy drive to parking for old town.
10 euro deposit required for hair dryer. Really? The neighborhood is industrial, auto dealership across the street.
