La cama, muy comoda.

Que en el precio no te incluia el desayuno y a más tenias que pagar (6€ por cada persona)

La ubicación y la facilidad de desplazamiento al centro de Augsburg mediante tranvia casi a la puerta del hotel

La baja insoronización de las habitaciones.

Habitaciones modernisimas y muy funcionales y acogedoras. El servicio de checking automatico me pareció el no va más.

El desayuno no es muy variado y quizás sea algo caro. El hotel queda algo retirado del centro pero a mi me convenia por estar cerca de la universidad.

La ausencia de llaves. La cercanía al transporte público.

No tener las claves del hotel por anticipado. Tener que esperarme bastante tiempo para recibir el sms que con la clave para activar el wifi. Parecía muy modular, con poca personalidad.

Just a short tram ride from the centre of town. Free wi-fi in the hotel, with very good signal. Good value breakfast.

No hot water provided to guest.... Staff seems not caring enough....

Very clean room, courteous English speaking staff, good breakfast.

A bit noisy if your room is located at the street side.

Clean, spacious family room, good wifi, good breakfast. No frills but clean and new. Feels a bit like McCafe. Excellent value for money.

We'd not stayed in a b & b Hotel before but was rather impressed. A well thought out modern design. Not staffed all hours but you can access through an electronic terminal using your credit card. Breakfast was excellent. Plenty of on site parking.

A bit o door banging during the night was the only negative.

The proximity to the city was good and very accessible by tram. There is a forest not too far away where one can relax. The wi-fi was great, fast and easy to connect to. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

The room was not that big but is not too much of an issue if used only for sleeping.

You have a nice and helpful team; however, it is not enough. A small bar is necessary, particularly for evening meetings.

This hotel, which is like a clean version of an “American motel”, is a part of a French chain. It is a few tram stops away from the city center and walking distance (20 minutes) to the Borreliose Centrum. The rooms are bright and clean (they are a bit small, but we did not need more room). The staff were helpful and professional. Showers were great and there is free wifi in the rooms.

It might be good to ask for a room on the second or third floor. We stayed on the first floor and had to shut the curtains because it faced out onto a busy road. Also, it was a bit noisy and every time the reception door shut, the sound reverberated throughout the room. This might be different in the higher floors. There is no hot water dispenser, which would have been nice.

Clean,modern room and free internet access. Breakfast was good value.

Terrible pillows which were absolutely tiny and gave both of us a bad neck!
