This hotel is very conveniently situated near Dresden Mitte railway station (for trains to and from the airport) and for trams. It is a modern building with a lift. The afternoon receptionist spoke good English.

I booked two months before my stay and asked for a room at the rear. This was not provided. It was a bit too warm for my liking and the air conditioning was not very efficient. I could not open the window because of the traffic noise.

Convenient for railway station, tram and bus routes to city. Easy to find. Good parking facilities.

We got our room earlier than expected, which was great as we stayed only for a day.

Location is good - just few minutes walking from city center. Room was very clean, all furniture is new. We stayed there for 1 night ony so it was an excellent choice for that.

No hitters at all. Only conditioner in the room with maximum 25c and it actually didn't support a room area.

Nice and clean hotel!

On the check out I asked the receptionist to leave my luggages in the room for some time. She said to me that till 12 at noon it's not a problem. I returned at the hotel at 12.45 and the receptionist became agitated asking me why I was late and that now I have to pay 2 euro for the service. I paid them the money, although I didn't like the aproach. The bottom line is that there is still a huge difference between West Germany and East Germany.

Clean, nice staff and nice rooms. Free parking is always a big bones even if it was outside.

The location was walking distance to the center, but it was raining when we came and having to walk 10- 15 minutes was not fun.

The staff were helpful at answering questions and providing information. The rooms were simple, but functional. Breakfast is a decent value for the cost, if you get there before the room is packed and the line out the door. WiFi is fine, but you can only get a code if you have a mobile phone.

The late night automated check in system had a record of my reservation, but would not allow me to check in. I had to make a new booking, but if that room had not been available, I would not have had a place to sleep at 11 pm, even though I had a reservation. The next day, the staff acknowledged the problem, but did not know the cause. They charged me my original booking rate for the room, although the substitute room I had booked was significantly cheaper. And they were originally going to make me change rooms in the middle of my stay. In the end, everything worked out, but it was only luck. Also, the breakfast room/services are not sufficient for the hotel when fully booked.

We went there with my mom just for a few days. Nice small rooms, but big enough to spend such a short period. Friendly staff.

Such a big queue for the breakfast! If you don't like to wait in a line-be prepared to eat very early.

There was no upper light in room - only light on the walls. It is not comfortable for me.

Very simple, but nice hotel with the easy access to the city center. Breakfast is good enough and you can buy it additionally. Parking is big and clear.

Minor thing: No entrance from the parking at the backyard to the hotel. You should go through central entrance.
