we arrived at Cochem train station to find no transportation to the hotel. we had been told there would be a bus.

Ladies and Gentlemen: We came by bus, from which we had 10 steps to your hotel, a most nice detail. We stayed only overnight after which we took the bus to Cologne. We had time only to enjoy the breakfast, which was overwhelming tasty. We liked also the easiness in all turns - thanks to the prebooking - and the kindness of some of the few employees that we met. This is not a complaint, we just noticed that we had not enough clothes on, since we believed that people from Finland can easily enjoy a bit colder days, too. However, the walk from the hotel to the bus station, which had nothing to do with your hotel, was a coldest trip we have made this year, including the waiting of the bus nearly uncovered against the wind. Our fault.

Next to Franfurt-Hahn Airport. Just walk over the street from terminal to hotel. All the airport restaurant facilities and services (shops etc.) were really close. Excellent location, if you have late evening arrival and early morning departure. Also room options were good (1-4 bed rooms) for families.

location is excellent. Bed is very comfortable lounge is also nice.

the lady at reception in the morning said i should have bought breakfast the day before in advance.. i did not understand why....eventually she sold it to me. the heating was old noisy and left the room and bathroom cold. the towels were old.. and the bathroom curtain...left the shower water flowing out..

It is convenient and reasonbaly priced. I appreciate also the discount on the parking fee.

There was no tea available in the coffee machines.

For one 2* hotel is very clean. Good service and best Location for those who is travelling with ryanair from Hahn Airport (just to cross the road). 24hrs check-in and no need to check out make it comfortable. I can recommend it to everybody.

The shower didnt work very properly, but still ok. I haven't got time to say it at the reception then.

Excellen location for late night or early morning travllers by Ryanair Frankfurt Hahn. Just accross street and you are in the bed! Very clean room, enough space. Excellent bathroom.

Could be small refrigerator in the room. Very expensive breakfast (we didnt take it) comparising what you can got for even cheaper price in the airport just accrossing street.

It is less than 100m from the airport terminal entrance, perfect for those very early check ins or late night arrivals. They provide an excellent self service buffet breakfast, starting at 4.30am. I have used it on several occasions.
