this is my second stay at this hotel, when I realized that I have to go to Munchen I booked this hotel without looking other hotel; hotel is really near S-Bahn (10min to city center), enormous private parking, nice rooms

Good value for money, excellent free parking behind hotel, excellent wireless signal in all rooms, bus station in front of hotel, S-bahn station 5 minutes from hotel( then 10-15 min to center), big shopping center Riem Arcadem 3 min away Walls are very thin: you can hear when someone takes a shower or go to the toilet 4 rooms away, old TV with very poor quality of TV-signal (no digitalTV), expensive breakfast - 7E per person

The location is fantastic as well as the facilities such as free wi-fi, parking and tranquility, family freindiliness and good customer services The inability to pay for the booking with cash after the reception has closed at midnight.

Helpful staff. Good selection for breakfast (even though no warm food). great selection of TV channels (almost made me stay-in one night). Can view TV from bathroom. Overpriced, but then again i was staying during the Oktoberfest period so that might have been why. Bed comfort & the remote control were not so good.

if you will join a congress in ICM, this hotel is a nice place. it is a little bit niosy since the construction nearby. no frige in room. if you open the window druing night, there will have mosquito in room. i stay in this hotel for 4 night, they only change towel once on day 4, and there have a strong smell of disinfectant.

The concept of b&b is in the stream of the relatively new Low cost chains. In this ambit, b&b of Aschheim/Dornach, denotes a good quality/price relation. The building was recently built, and everything is new. The bed is large and comfortable. A private free (and partially covered) parking area is available. The brakfast isn't included in the room price; I didn't get it, so I cannot say anything about its quality. The dimensions of my room were quite (but not dramatically) small. For my needs, In that surface I couldn't stay longer than 2, maximum 3 days.

There is good air conditioning. It is too far away from the central train station and the room is not big enough. Free wifi was out of order and it still wasn't fixed two days later. The staff is not friendly and helpful. On our arrival day, the staff showed us an unhappy face when we rejected to have breakfast at the hotel. It is not suitable for budget travellers.

I recommend the hotel for families, very good communication in transferze.Clean as b & b (other hotels that look different networks), quiet neighborhood, but directly to the highway. I recommend Polish family with the children, plus two other families traveling to Italy

Nice and friendly hotel. Cosy and modern rooms, nice and clean bathroom. Free wifi. Non stop vending machine available offering some small sweets and drinks. Free parking. No broken devices on room. Great thermo tap in the shower. I would really recomend this hotel and personaly I would go there again. So thank you for the nice experience in B&B. Partially walls in the rooms could have been cleaner, but nothing serious. I understand that it is not possible to paint rooms every week and some people are not behaving well to hotel rooms. (really small issue) However, breakfest was disappointment for me because only cold food was available, no scrambled eggs, sausages etc. That is the reason why I would not pay for this breakfast 6,9 EUR in case of the future stay in this hotel.

Location the bed and pillows were very very hard. I have stayed in many hotels and this was the most uncomfortable so far. Something small like better mattress and softer pillows would have made the experience much better forme and my family

We were there for Concert in Messegelande. This hotel is very good, new clean, modern and just one bus stop from the conert. There is also free parking space at the hotel, very convenience. If you wanna go to an exhibition at Messegelande, this hotel is really recommended.
