Very clean, good price and easy to get into Munich on the U-bahn - which was just around the corner. Breakfast was also ok for the extra cost. Have booked through booking.com to stay there again. |

The location is perfect. Very close to the underground wich brings you fast into the center or any other location in Munich.The price quality is very good. There is free pay tv and the rooms are very clean and have a nice size. |

Free parking in the hotel There was an air conditioner unit in the room which was noisy even if we switched it off, bathroom was not entirely clean, the room was too threadbare. |

It was not close to the city center but the U bahn stop was an easy 7 minute walk away. The room was good. This is not a luxury hotel and not in a great neighborhood for shopping, restaurants, etc, but it was good enough for a solo traveler for a few nights. The breakfast for 6.90 euros was not great. The wireless internet signal would vary from being okay to too weak to download my email. The hotel staff said there was nothing they could do about it. |

Good location, not in the center, but close to the subway so you can get there in 15 minutes. Free Internet that works great from the room and free parking. The breakfast is too expensive. |

Good location. Although it's not in the city center, it's close to the U-Bahn so you can get to Marien Platz in about 15 minutes. It has free parking and free Internet that works very well, even from the room (which is of adequate size, something not so common in Europe). The breakfast is good, however it is too expensive. |

We took 2 rooms - family & double room. Nice, clean and simple. Parking in under ground and free, entrence with a code. Feel safe.The staff was o.k, polite. Metro 5 minutes walk. bus station close. Price was fair and better than other hotels around. Quick access to airport.Gas station and Meckdonald are near hotel.Good continental breakfast for 6.9 euro. The pipes in the showers - in both rooms, the water didn't go well. Uncomfartable pillow, industrial enviroment.They gave us our room code every time we forgot it (4 times) without checking pasports, and it isn't safe. |

Friendly staff. New hotel with nice, clean rooms. Good parking places. Easy accesss to downtown by Metro. Metro station rather close. Hotel is in the middle of industry area. Nothing to see nearby. No restaurants nearby hotel. |

The hotel was right, clean and comfortable. A functional and quiet hotel. Very close to the metro. On our departure the staff refused to keep our luggage until flight departure. Two friends could not go, but the staff refused to cancel the room (either for free or paying a fee). Breakfast was not very good. |

The room was really comfortable, the best bed we slept in this trip. The breakfast was excellent. Walking distance to nearest underground station, very convenient 15 min trip into Munich. On our first morning, the cleaner, obviously under pressure, came while we were still in the room and was not going to wait until we had left the room to do her job. She only changed the towels and emptied one bin. Maybe I'm being a bit picky, but for the price we paid, I was rather surprised by this. |

Close to the subway and 12 minutes from the city centre. Simple design, comfortable and clean. No keys to keep as a code opens the doors. Even thought there is a gas station at the hotel, the side where we were was quiet. The little shop at the gas station was useful for buying simple things. Tip: disable your firewall temporarily on your laptop to manage to connect to the internet. The pillow of the bed and a bit small bathroom. |

The hotel is excellent - very nice decorated, very clean, very confortable and the breakfast was very rich and tasty. They have underground garage and our car was safe there. Even if it is not close to the city center, it is very easy to acces it by underground metro as the U-station is just 5 min away from the hotel.We had a good time there and we highly recommed it as it is a great place to stay! |

For a family of four it was extremely well designed and suited our needs perfectly. The table in the room was excellent. Two more chairs would have helped us to all sit down together! Loads of storage space and would have been perfect even for a longer stay The price of breakfast so we did not have breakfast at the hotel |
