poor internet availability though adevrtised as being offered for free, scarcity of toilet essentials such as soap, absence of hands towel, room smelling of cigarette smoke, no fresh vegetables or fruites for breakfast but the same canned assortments, selection of TV channels not best suited for the intrenational traveller but for the German tourist, all under appeals for environment protection! |

Close to the nearest U-Bahn station 10 min walk. breakfast was fine. all in all the hotel was pretty good for a bigger group to stay in. wouldnt recommend to a couple who want a romantic hotel though. When we went to the hotel they said that the reservation was not valid /it had been cancelled. then some explanation about credit card not working etc. It worked fine though when tested. Basically clear overbooking and not even admitting to it. we got rooms, but not excactly the kinds we had reserved. price was same though. |

The location of the hotel was very good - near to the U-bahn station Internet access would not work, even after my friend, an it professional, did heroic things to try to make it work. I needed to submit an important proposal and a great opportunity was lost. Your internet system is terrible! (And requiring a European cell phone to get the password is ridiculous.) |

Check-in process was very easy, it was quite near the Studentenstadt U-Bahn station and the breakfast was free. It's a very new hotel, so almost everything's in pristine condition. The rooms use 6-digit codes instead of cards or keys, which is very convenient. The bathroom could have been cleaner: there seemed to be a piece of food stuck in the drain hole of the washing basin and it was creating an unpleasant smell. The room was supposedly cleaned 3 times while I was there, but the piece of food was never removed and the smell remained. I didn't mind too much because I spent very little time in the hotel, but it gave a bad impression nonetheless. |
