It's very close to the trainstation. You can check in during the night with the check in machine that it's pretty easy to use. Check out untill 12.00
Nice room, breakfast room and staff. Good wifi. A/C worked well.
In spite of it's location in an office area, there was some. "Party" noise.
late night check in
The rooms are quiet, clean, and comfortable.
A bit too expensive. You have to give your phone number to access the WiFi. The breakfast: they could include more fruits and vegetables. People eatiing refined food and sweets won't have a problem.
general overall things about the hotel were great .
price parking everything is new in the room air condition
breakfast is a bit minimal
5 minutes walk away the railway station, and there is a big supermarket on the other side of rail. The decoration in the room is lovely, it's train pincture
Near a train station Wifi didn't work
Closeness to bahnhof, clean, and staff
I think I could have used the next size up in the room choice because I am large and had large bags. Not their fault
good place near train station value for money
Nice, good, cheap, clean hotel... Easy check in...
The facilities were very clean. They cleaned my room every day. The location is good, close to the main pedestrian street and big gallerie. You can access the train station is one minute. Apart from the manager, staff members were very kind, and ready to help. Towels, blankets were clean. Good space.
There were two key things that went wrong with me: management and WiFi connection. In detail: They have a not so friednly registration system. The management claim to be there during particular times, and if you do not arrive in those times, you have to proceed to an automatic registration. For which, you have to pay with a debit or credit card. This is thought for European travellers, mainly. I took cash so I had to wait until the manager checked me in. Anyways, someone else came to the hotel and did this automatic checking and I could wait inside. However, the nasty thing is that the manager saw me (he was there) and then proceeded to check me in. He was upset because it was out of the pre-stablished times. I paid cash, accordingly. His manners are also quiet unconfortable. I did not know if was a culture barrier, or he was really nasty. So, my first warning is that you have to be aware of the arrival time. If you bring cash and arriva at midnight, for example, you might sleep in the saloon, if you are lucky. Moreover, the internet connection. To gain access you need to have a mobile phone. So you can get a key and connect. I did not have one, thus the manager had to arrange it for me. But your key is bounded to a phone number. I think this sort of a system is preposterous and also infringe your privacy. The signal was unstable and I would say bad. It is free subject to you phone. From my humble point of view, the hotel is focused on German travellers who might be used to deal with such a system, and it is unfriendly to travellers from other places.
Location is ok for travellers in transit, conveniently located next to highway and main train station. Rooms are soundproof.
We asked for a non-smoking room but got a smoker's room instead, smell was very strong! Upon automated check-in at 22h no staff available to discuss this matter with. We also had no soap available in the bathroom. Matrass was very uncomfortable!
Both rooms reserved were so clogged in smoking smell that we felt it all the night, even if we kept the windows wide open. Unhealthy, especially for children.
Convenient to station, clean tidy & VFM
Very clean and friendly, good breakfast. Interesting you get a code for a room key and to let you late at night. While a bit of a walk from the restaurant/bar area, a good stay.
Quiet location close to the town center and train station. Free parking.
Limited breakfast choice.
confortable room (looks exactly as the one in the picture); although it is near the train station we did not hear any noises; perfect for one-night stay.
Unfortunatelly, since we arrived shortly after 10pm, we had to do the check-in using a machine at the hotel entrence. If you encounter any problems, there is not even one person that could help you. Moreover, the hotel has a private parking area behind the building, but it has a pretty small number of parking spaces.
Hotel is very good :)
good location about 10 minutes walk through the railway station into the main shopping district.Rooms were clean and bright and the beds comfortable. breakfast was good.
Nothing really bad.... trains passing were a little noisy but then it is next to the station. Double glazing was effective however.
Breakfast was good, the staff was extremely helpful and courteous.
If you booked this through booking.com after 10pm, the front desk is closed and your reservation would not be processed.
Great location on the quite side of the main train station, with direct access to the city. Modern comfortable room. Would stay here again.
Good location, plenty of parking, clean and stylish hotel
Would have liked tea and coffee in the room and a hairdryer
I enjoyed everything especially the location of the hotel behind the train station that gave me quick access to the downtown.
the position: it is just beside the station
a problem in the booking dates that the check-in at the machine made a bit annoying, anyway everything was fixed the next day
