B&B Hotel Frankfurt City-Ost  

Breakfast is good for a budget hotel and Free Wi-fi.

Design & color of inside decor. Owner was very enjoyable.

Desk helpers were inexperienced. They told us the entire city was closed for a religious holiday May 20th; not true at all. We almost listened to them and missed the city. Breakfast was too pricey for the choices.

The hotel was outside the central hub, but public transport was very conveniently located two blocks away. I have two young children so the Family Room was perfect for us. It seemed like most of the other travelers were either there for business or they were young couples. This was a nice hotel for the price in a big city.

The room was a little small so we had to crawl over our bags to get across the room. But we had A LOT of bags since we are traveling with young children!

Good location, as it is just located about 150 meter away from Ostbahnhof which is the end of U-6 subway line. Just go to the exit of Ostbahnhof with the sign of Hanauer Landstrasse, cross the road, walk a few steps, and you will be in front of hotel already. The hotel is basically just a clean place to stay and it's budget type. Don't expect porter, room boys or room service as you got only 2 stays attending to you. No check outs required as you need to pay for the stay up front and no key provided. Guest will only be provided password to open the door. Reception is only open up to midnite and afterwards, front gate can be opened using the same password given as room key. Nothing to complaint about this hotel, it's just nice with basic amenities one would need for good stay.

Walls are not that sound proof, so just hope you don't have a noisy neighbour.

Friendly reception

There is a great Italian place, Zio Peppe, right next to this hotel. It was great for dinner!

Our room was very hot. The small air conditioner in our room never turned on despite our best efforts. Breakfast was an additional 7.5 Euros per person and the spread was not worth it. There is a Coffee Fellows right next to this hotel; go there if you want value for your money.

I love how close and easy it was to the public transportion system, I didn't even need to rent a car. The staff was so very friendly and helpful in respect to finding my way around Frankfurt. The rooms were really nice and the daily breakfast was very good. I will definately stay there again, whenever I return. Thank you so much Booking .com for helping me find this great place to stay. Finally, I loved the affordable price I secured it for. I still shock my friends with disbelief whenever I tell them.

They only had one english speaking channel on T.V. but the receptionist assured me that they will ratify that soon. Everything else was great!

WiFi access is very poor and unstable, you will be kicked out in every connection. Even though the WiFi signal is strong, you still can not connect to internet (browse, skype, E-mail). Very bad WiFi.

Hotel is new and clean, room was a little small and was difficult to open the suitcase on the floor space. Kids liked the bunked beds.

Parking, you need to checkin BEFORE you can park your car in the hotels parking space. Not very convenient.

The colours, bright and obvious from the tram. Easy to locate.

This hotel is clean and comfortable. Easily accessible via Tram 11, which stops at the front door. We only stay one night but we will stay here again when we come back to Frankfurt.

It's advertised as B&B but they charge you 7.50 euros extra for breakfast.

Conveniently located . tram stop in front of hotel takes you to the main train station directly. Also next to u station. Good breakfast. Very clean and fresh.

Very clean, beds were comfortable, shower stall had more elbow room compared to other hotels of the same category. Airconditioning worked well, and elevators were spacious and functioned efficiently. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast buffet choices were a bit limited but of good quality. Tram 11 stops almost in front of the hotel and it brings you to Romer in 10-12min. Great value for your money.

New and clean hotel. You don't have to deal with people. Not much services.

There's no lobby area to relax, work etc. Since the rooms are really small, it was unfortunate not to have an alternative. The location doesn't really provide such a place, there's a small coffee shop nearby however they closed at 7 PM.

No hair dryer in the room

The transportation is convince, and there is a big supermarket nearby. Suitable for shopping foods and snacks. Pay 10 EUR for deposit, you can get a hair dryer. The breakfast is tasty and the internet is fast in the room. Overall, it is a good place to stay.

The hot water for making coffee,tea or instant noodles only available till 8:30 pm and remember to prepare your own cup. The room cleaning time is in the morning and they will knock your door unless you put "do not disturb" first.

The hotel was amazing. Excellent location. Just away from the rush of Frankfurt hbf, and near enough to be at a walking distance from everywhere. It was a joy staying here. Tram 11 stops right outside the hotel, which goes all over the city. The reception is friendly and hospitable. Made our trip very comfortable. WiFi was seamlessly efficient and available all over the place. The breakfast was sumptuous. All in all, extremely happy with this hotel. Will definitely stay here again.

Rooms were a bit small. But nothing that really bothered us.
