Hotel Baden    

The staff is really friendly and helpful. Even though we were late for breakfast on Monday (till 10.00 p.m.) they still allowed us to have it at 10.30

We had indicated preference for double ("queen") bed but while we got a single bed we still had two separate matresses and blankets. This may be something to check for whoever cares about these things.

Small, but very nice. Staff super-friendly. Located conveniently near public transport.

The staff was very nice.

The rooms were very outdated. The staff was not there upon our arrival. We had to call a number to get a key code in order to get the key. If you are traveling outside of your home country like the US and do not have a cell phone that works abroad you could be out of luck. There is nothing around the hotel open after 10 to even use a phone.

The only room in this hotel that has the toilet seat out of the room was my room, toilet separated.

Room clean and well furnished, although very small. Good location next to the Altstadt and at walking distance from the city center and the Rhine.

Overpriced, I assume because there was an exhibition nearby, my room (number 105) was at the top of the stairs where all other guest came onto the landing through a noisy door at the top of the stairs, booked a double but got twin beds pushed together.

There is no elevator. Not suitable for handicapped guests.

I loved the Breakfast in the morning. Hella our host was so warm and accommodating. We also ate dinner at the local restaurant and it was fabulous as well. The beds were very comfortable, and it was fairly quiet at night.

There was a large light outside our window that stayed on all night, making it difficult to sleep even with the curtains drawn.

Room size very small & uncomfortable, bathroom ridiculously cramped, TV stuck on side wall adjacent bed. Overpriced for the size of the room.

Location is good. Staff services are excellent. They took all attempts to fulfil our requests and make our stay comfortable and memorable.

They could not accomodate us in same room for addition ( more than already booked) due to heavy bookings...but i think it was beyond their control and they offered me various rooms...

Nice little hotel located close to the Rhine and Bonn city centre (about a 10min walk to each). The hotel is in the north of Bonn and is only a 25min drive from the centre of Cologne too. Very friendly staff at both check-in and breakfast all with excellent English. Wifi worked well and requires a log-on per device. Excellent, secure parking is available a short (200m) walk away. Breakfast was a nice buffet style with cooked eggs available on request. I am likely to stay at this hotel again.

I really liked this Hotel but if I had to identify something I didn't like then I guess my room was a little small (although it was at a good price). I was at breakfast at 0900 on Sunday and there were no more breadrolls but this was compensated by a freshly cooked plate of scrambled eggs.

Friendly, English speaking staff. Excellent breakfeast. Nice old style hotel with some nice modern accessories. The location is excellent with short distances to the town centre or in the other direction to the banks of the Rhine.

I was lucky to find a parking space within walking distance to the hotel but from my own observations and information recieved it can be very difficult to get parking close by. Dont bring large cases.

Hotel Baden was a delightfully unexpected unique family friendly facility. The staff was so helpful and accommadating. The family (7 children) enjoyed thee quaint feeling and cultural experience. Would definitely recommend for the family that desires a good experience. We have great memories.

Very near shops and food outlets. Cheap breakfast, only 5 euros.

We were on the third floor and there was only stair access! A nightmare for the older traveller like me. Stay away over 50's unless your very fit. Lot of noise in street during night.
