Hotel catastrophique pour un 3 etoiles chambre catastrophique service catastrophique il devra etre elliminer de la liste des hotels de booking .com une auberge de jeunesse est mieux que cet hotel de 3 etoiles pas de savon ni champoing dans les douches, serviettes de sdb trouer et sales ,couvertures troués par les cigarettes et salles ,tv de 15 pousses qui dates de la 2eme guerre mondiale, chauffage coupé vers minuit etc............

The hotel gave exellent value for money with free Wi-fi and reasonable breakfast.

Based on my experience the Central Location is it's only asset.

Over priced cost (Euro 240 per night per room x 2 rooms) and against that cost the following horrors: a) Musti-bad odoured rooms.(both rooms) b) Stained possibly soiled bed linen (both rooms) c) Mildewed bath (1 of the rooms) d) Broken shower that leaked water in every direction (both rooms) e) Empty soap dispensers (1 of the rooms) f) Complained to Night Manager and informed "you are welcome to look for other accommodation, it is Druga exhibtion I doubt you will be catered" g) Charged Euro5 for a bottle of mineral water (by same Night Manager) No, no, no .... avoid.

Excellent location, clean and tidy room good value for money

No hot drink facilities breakfast a bit expensive

The location of the hotel is perfect for the new visitors of dusseldorf. Considerably near to the main transportation center of the city , just to go to any other place in the city

The size of the room will not be fit for more than one person , the entertainments in the room are not sufficient for staying in the room and relaxing

Location, 3min walk from main train station.

Allthough a solo traveller, all in mini scale on the 5th floor. No space for a normal body type in the toilet and shower. Small bed to sleep.

The hotel was very convenient for arriving in Dusseldorf as it is 2 minutes walk from the main train station (Hauptbahnhof) it was also near to the bus, tram and underground for travelling aroung the city. The staff were also very friendly and helpful.

Fortunately the hotel was not full on our floor as you could hear the conversations in other rooms, the person in the next room to us had a conversation via the internet one evening, which could be heard quite clearly.

Breakfast was excelent with a wide range of food available. They even had bacon and eggs.

Wi-fi was poor, kept dropping

Good value for money and excellent location; friendly and helpful staff.

A minor distraction was the Internet connection which was advertised as being available throughout the hotel but which did not event worked in the lobby. The staff on duty were unable to resolve the problem.
