La situation géographique et rien d'autre !

- Insalubrité de la chambre ; pas de wifi opérationnel contrairement à ce qui est mentionné sur la fiche booking de l'hotel ni dans la chambre ni à la réception ; trop cher pour ce niveau d'hotel (678 € pour 2 nuits soit une moyenne de 339 € par nuit, digne d'un 4 étoiles partout ailleurs !!!) ; Equipements des toilettes et de la salle d'eau très insuffisants et très vieillots ; petit déjeuner extrêmement pauvre !

The best thing about the hotel is its location, its 3 minutes walk from Dusseldorf railway station. The breakfast is really decent. Free tickets are also ok

Generally, hotel is really poor-the rooms are old and not really cosy, the lightning in the rooms is also very bad (the lightning bulbs were out of work in toilet). Moreover, the Internet connection is also poor: the passwords doesn't work at all. But the worst thing ever is that we asked in advanced for an early-morning breakfast and the receptionist told us that we could have a cup of coffee at 5.30. However, the next morning despite our arrangement we didn't get even a cup of coffee even though the breakfast was included into the room cost and we arranged an early-breakfast in advanced. The receptionist suggested us having breakfast at the railway station instead. The stuff speaks very bad English as well as German.

Excellent location near the Dusseldorf Central Station which allowed us to go for inter-city day trip and very easy access to Dusseldorf airport by rail.

The pillow was way too soft and the sound insulation of the room was very poor.

At reception nobody understands English and the room was damn ugly.

A minor distraction was the Internet connection which was advertised as being available throughout the hotel but which did not event worked in the lobby. The staff on duty were unable to resolve the problem.

It was close to the subway

The lady at the counter (oriental) was not very pleasant. I came into the hotel and after booking in she just gave me the keys and didn't even say "thank you" so I had to ask her to say "thank you" back to me. This is be very basic requirement that I would expect from any decent receptionist.The room was clean, the toilet was very clean and pleasant. My room was on the top floor and a nice balcony but when on the balcony, there were a load of old cigarette butt ends and a plastic wine glass just lying in the gutter. I would have taken a few minutes to clean this up.

1. Very old windows, a lot of sound from the street. 2. This hotel dont have any Internet option. The bsrd net it's docent work. You can connect with login and psw but the connection it docent work 3. Very unfriendly staff on reception. (06/02 - 07/02) During 2 days they do not do nothing to fix Internet problem. Resume : it's worst hotel in all my life.

Not sick hotel quiet district is located nearby to train station and bus station

Absence of the hair dryer in number

Breakfast was excelent with a wide range of food available. They even had bacon and eggs.
