The staff was so easy-going and polite. Very convenient location. Flawlessly clean. Their parking is available, and is free, but is very limited in number of spaces. That said, they made it available to us hospitably. |

Good value for money, a very nice and comfortable hotel, perfectly situated close to old center but easy to access by car. Double charged, both to CC given as ref at booking and to actual CC used when checking out. I am sure this will be sorted out with the hotel soon. |

Lubeck is a wonderful, small city and the Baltic Hotel was an excellent choice. It is charming, perfectly located and very clean--easily our favorite hotel on a 3-day tour. Lubeck seems cheap when compared to Amsterdam and especially Copenhagen. The staff wasn't overly friendly but that may have been more of a language problem as English is not as widely spoken in Lubeck as in big cities. All things considered though, it was a great experience and we highly recommend Baltic Hotel. |

Breakfast and position. Next to the city center. I asked for a three bed room with extra bed and I got a double room with two extra beds. Very crowded. The room was small. |

The hotel was quiet and very well maintained with a good position close to town. My room was very nice on the top floor with a balcony and a great view. The bathroom and shower was one of the best I've ever had. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay. |
