Pulizia straordinaria, letto una piazza e mezzo, arredamento nuovissimo, ambienti (stanza e bagno) grandi e cofortevoli, staff eccezionale, posizione ottima, prezzo stracciato!!! Decisamente consigliato

Ottima l'accoglienza, la cortesia e la disponibilità dello staff del Bananas Berlin! Le stanze sono ben arredate e pulite.

Cleanliness of the facilities and helpfulness of a very well-informed and friendly staff. Basically I would agree with everything that Edward from Brazil has said - a really excellent hotel!

It was immaculate. while it was shared baths there were 4 of them so no backups, owners very personable, beds very comfortable. location was good for the gay traveler

A wonderful owner, lovely comfortable bed, fantastic value, friendly clientele..........it was a great place to explore Berlin from and I would recommend it without hesitation.

The warmth and friendly atmosphere of everything about the Guesthouse and especially the helpful attitude of the two owners, Kurt and Josef as well as the chief man in charge during the day, Peter and also Gregory. I just can't say enough about this very special place.

everything was perfect !

I liked the art and the hotels decor..one of my reasons for visiting Berlin was to visit art galleries so here was a ready made collection! The room I had was pleasant and quiet and I liked the 'come and go as you please' attitude.Kurt and Joseph were very friendly, and Bella the dog also!

There was'nt anything not to like as such and for the price no complaints!

The location, staff and room were excellent. Loved the teas and coffees and it was very clean. Loved the fact there was an iron there as well.

The bin in my room wasnt emptied

My stay at the Guesthouse was excellent. The hosts are really nice, flexible and helpful. The sahred areas and bathrooms are very clean. The guesthouse has a great location. Great value for money. I will definitely return.

Clean, modern, well equipped, comfortable beds, extremely friendly and helpful owners. The location and easy acess to underground network. Excelente wi-fi connection. The attention to every details is a must: always free fresh fruits, chocolates, coffee or candies at the kitchen, flip-flops at the entrance, wet towels on every room. They show in every detail they are commited in providing an unforgetable stay.

the size of bath towels, too small.. but it didn´t compromised the overall perception of a great B&B.

This is a second review, because I prolonged my holiday. I had a mixed feeling when booking this hostel, because I'm more used to stay at 3* or 4* hotels. Nevertheless the price and location convinced me to stay at Bananas. When we arrived at the hostel it was a pleasant surprise : the rooms were spacious and private, the (shared) bathrooms were spotless clean, wifi was available, in the (shared) living room there was an espresso machine and drinks available (at low price). On the second day the room was cleaned and the beds were even made up. On New Year's Eve we found a pleasant surprise in our room. I've been in quite some hotels in the area and would rate this place even higher than other 3* hotels ! We definately found our future accomodation in Berlin !

You can always mention some points of improvement, but this place is a hostel (and not a hotel), so this wouldn't be appropriate !

Friendly staff, very clean room and (shared) bathrooms. Nice present from the owners for New Year's Eve.

Bananas just has to be the best guest house I have ever stayed in. Location is 300 metres from U-Bahn, its clean, WiFi and just perfect

Nothing really - only a bigger towel would have been useful.

Such a good place to stay in Berlin that I almost don't want to let the secret out. Really friendly, helpful and warm owners and staff who all went out of their way to ensure I felt welcome and comfortable. Great location, minutes from bus stop, several bars and restaurants. The room was comfortable and meticulously clean. A kitchen area provided coffee, drinks, a place to prepare some breakfast, or chat with other guests if you felt like it. I'd definitely come back!

You can hear other guests coming in from clubbing very late at night, which might be a little disturbing - but as long as you know that, it's part of the atmosphere!
