Staff were very pleasant and the breakfast was good too. Staff exceptionally helpful and polite. Unfortunately we did not get the room we had specified in our booking, so this meant that two female colleagues had to share a double bed, and one of us had a very bad head cold and felt uncomfortable sharing a small space. There were no other rooms available. But the staff were pleasant about it.

Rooms are very large, light and clean, breakfast room is excellent with beautiful decorated tables. Breakfast is rich. Hotel is close to airport but at quiet location. It is very close to exhibition grounds (5 mins with car). Toilets are new and clean. Parking is in-front of hotel. Internet is not free (only on one computer in lobby), and too expensive (8EUR/per hour), also connection is very bad. One of the staff was so unorganized, she said that we don7t have reservation visible (and she even didn't wanted my booking confirmation). Then she didn't know how to start sauna.. All others were very polite and friendly.

A 10 minutes de l'Aéroport de Dusseldorf en Taxi.Environement campagne, trés calme et verdoyant .Le personnel de l'hotel ne parle pas le Français mais l'Anglais , donc pas de soucis ! Hotel trés propre , la chambre" Fumeur" aussi . Trés bien dans l'ensemble et reposant pour reprendre la suite du voyage. Parking gratuit devant l'hotel ! Pas de restaurant dans l'hotel ! Domage.

Im Norden Duesseldorfs, ideal fuer kurze Staedtereisen. Wenn man Zeit hat, kann man das charmante Kaiserswerth mit der Kaiserspfalz besuchen oder am Rhein entlang spazieren/joggen. Gleichzeitig ist man im Nu in der Stadt um seine Termine nach zu gehen. Das Hotel hat einen guten mittleren Standard, das Preis/Leistungsverhaeltnis stimmt. Der Fluglaerm des Flughafens ist eingeschraenkt hoerbar.

Bemühtes und freundliches Personal. Reichliches Frühstück. Auf zusätzliche Kosten für die Sauna wurde weder in der Hotelbeschreibung noch bei der Reservierung selbiger hingewiesen. Erst bei Abreise erfuhr ich, dass ich für die Nutzung 10 € bezaheln sollte. Preispolitik also nicht gerade transparent.

Eindeutig die Lage zum Rhein und zu Kaiserswerth, ist wirklich toll wenn man abends spazieren gehen möchte. Frühstücksauswahl nur mittelmäßig, keine Fitnesseinrichtungen, bei Erstbuchungen kann man die Zimmer direkt hinter der Bar bekommen.
