Rustic charm, friendly staff, cental location in a small town. Bathroom. It was partly renovated but still the tiles were very old fashioned and from another era. There was also no heating in the bathroom or in the partly separated toilet.

The staff were friendly and helpful. There is no lift at the hotel so the receptionist changed our allocated room so that my mother did not have to climb more than one flight of stairs and she helped me with the luggage too. Our room was quite large and the beds were very comfortable. The hotel is in the centre of Werl and is just a couple of minutes away from the pedestrianised shopping centre. We stayed mid week and it was very quiet at night in spite of its convenient central location. It was easy to park in the car park. Breakfast was good and the breakfast room was comfortably large with the buffet situated in the centre of the room so that no-one had far to walk to it. We enjoyed our stay here.

Very pleasant and comfortable' easily accessible to where I wanted to go to. Breakfast was of the continental variety but well prepared and sustainable. I was after all in Germany. Language barrier was easily broken by the right gestures, if not completely understood. A friendly family run hotel. A very satisfied customer.

Hotel was clean, good size rooms and bathrooms. Great breakfast. Free internet, friendly English speaking staff. Good parking and great location for town. Missed a lift but its an old building so probably cant be fitted. Not a problem though

small town, not much driving to find it, old, good, traditional, well fitted small hotel remembering old good times of 80s and 90s where all was quiet and nice. WiFi free.

Zeer vriendelijk personeel , gedienstig , beleefd , korrekt en helpt waar ze kunnen . de kamers en het materiaal is af .Men helpt waar ze kunnen zonder profeitbelang . Ga er zeker nog terug .

Umístění hotelu, bohatá a chutná snídaně. Odchod personálu z hotelu hned po předání klíčů v době, kdy ještě měla fungovat recepce, nebylo možno získat přístupové údaje k internetovému připojení .

Ich war das zweite Mal da und es gefällt mir immer noch. Das Frühstück ist super und das Zimmer - für den Preis - sehr gut. Alles ist sehr sauber und die Angestellten sind sehr freundlich. Gerne wieder, wenn ich dort in der Ecke bin.

Kamer was goed gemeubileerd en schoon. Er was weinig of geen geluidsoverlast, hoewel er naast het hotel een Chineesrestaurant en een casino zijn gelegen. Om 15.30 uur kwam ik er aan, maar de receptie was niet bezet. Een andere hotelgast die toevallig het hotel binnenkwam heeft me de sleutel van de kamer gegeven. Het hotel heeft niet van tevoren laten weten dat er op zondag eigenlijk geen personeel aanwezig was. Volgens een medewerker zou er ergens een mededeling hebben gehangen dat de voordeur door ons opengemaakt kon worden, maar dat bericht heb ik nergens kunnen vinden. Een andere gast vertelde mij op maandagmorgen dat op zondag haar kamer niet schoongemaakt kon worden, omdat het personeel afwezig was vanwege een schuttersfeest in Werl. De betreffende dame was over deze gang van zaken niet erg te spreken. Je krijgt het gevoel dat je als gast niet erg belangrijk bent, terwijl je naar mijn gevoel teveel moet betalen voor wat je krijgt.

fijn hotel met korrekt en zeer vriendelijk personeel die helpen waar ze kunnen. Het enige waar kan worden aan verbeterd is een kleine frigo per kamer.

Uiterst vriendelijke eigenaren. Een echt gemoedelijk familiebedrijf. Gratis parkeren. Goed ontbijt, al vanaf 6 uur! Kamers/badkamer verouderd. Kleine ouderwetse tv. Geen lift. geen airco.

Venlig, hjælpsom og imødekommende betjening. Hyggeligt, ikke for stort hotel. Behageligt at man kan have hund med. Der var ind imellem en noget kraftig støj (oliefyr eller lignende?).
