Close to the "Altstadt", in a quiet street. Parking facilities (at 10 euro a day) accross the hotel. Real budget hotel : just for sleeping and a quick shower. Big, but simple room, budget style. In the bathroom only soap in dispensers and one shower cap... Breakfast looked nice, but I arrived at 9.45 on a sunday at the breakfast table and almost everything was gone... |

The location of the hotel was very convenient, and the room was very quiet and large. The staff were great and the breakfast was very good. Once or twice our towels and glasses were not replaced. The weekend price was very high, but it was high all over the city (the weekday price was a bargain). |

The location, close to the railway station and city center, was very good. Also, there are some nice restaurants (for example Sila Thai) in the neighbourhood. The curtains in the room were very thin, which meant a lot of daylight early in the morning. |

The rooms were very clean and the price very reasonable, good for economic business trips. Reception and elevator were poor & variety of breakfast was very small compared to German standards |

The room and bathroom were very clean and spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. I think it is in a great location for those arriving by train. It's also good for sightseeing as it is near the city centre and tram stops. Although there was quite a selection at breakfast (various breads, yoghurt, eggs, bacon, cereals), there was very little choice of fruit. As far as I saw, there was only a bowl of tinned fruit salad and a bowl of whole apples. This breakfast was therefore not ideal for those on a gluten-free diet. There were several types of bread but no croissants, which was a bit of a shame. |

The hotel was is a perfect location for sightseeing in Old Town, Konigsalle, and the Media Harbor and for walking along the Rhine, It was close to the central train station as well. My room was basic but very clean and comfortable. You could open the window and get fresh air which is a plus. |

All the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. Immediately on arrival we were given various guides and maps to the city. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast buffet was plentiful and the small reception bar had a good selection of beverages. There was only one pillow per person - a couple of spare pillows in the wardrobe would have been helpful |

Very friendly staff. Room was comfortable. Free internet. Breakfast buffet was nothing special, but more than adequate. The noise from the hallways were a little loud. Carpeting in the halls would help. The room however had double doors, keeping most of the noise out |

Very friendly staff. English speaking and helpful. Location is good. Clean quiet room. Good breakfast. Good restaurants nearby (Sila Thai is excellent). Double room booked was actually a twin bed room. Room windows left open in January so room was cold for a while. |
