The building is currently a building site! Once we got off the taxi, our heart sank! The approach to the hotel entrance is hazardous. Not fenced off, with major paving and landscape going on, the path is a shingle path one end and paving block half finished the other end. The reception is Ok but once we got off the lift on the third floor, we come out into a building site again before our room! The staff was trying to do their best under an impossible situation. The hotel should not be opened at all until they sorted out the construction works. Its dangerous, dusty and dirty - a state not normally associated with German standards. Very disappointed for our wedding anniversary weekend. My wife nearly bursted out in tears! |

absolutly nothing the hotel room was dirty and when asked to clean it they didnt and the room wasnt finished being remodeled |

The Grande suite is just a very small suite. The room service in the morning didn't even change bathroom towels. The hotel wasn't really a hotel, but a yard: probably we missed mice just for luck. Very bad english at the reception desk, and not french, spanish or italian. The photo on the site doesn't correspond to truth. |

La bouteille cadeau pour compenser le désagrément du chantier intra et extra muros Nouveau concept:chambre avec finition à parfaire au milieu d'un vaste chantier avec ses grues,gravats,matériaux,poussière, ouvriers etc..Il est inconscient d'accueillir du public dans un tel environnement et malhonnête de promouvoir un établissement ( 4 étoiles ?) qui n'est qu'en phase de construction. J'espère que tous les clients abusés seront invités par la direction après l'inauguration |

De kamer was ruim en mooi ingericht. Het hotel was nog in opbouw waardoor het verblijf niet echt een succes was. De dakramen konden niet worden afgedekt waardoor de werkmannen konden binnenkijken. Het was een hele opdracht om proper in de kamer te komen. Het ontbijt was goed doch erg beperkt. Geen van de beloofde faciliteiten was aanwezig. |

Le personnel de l'hotel est tres chalereur et gentil, la chambre est propre, les equipements dans la chambre sont propres et recents. C'est bien de prevenir les clients que cet hotel est en train de construire, meme les chambres sont deja pretes. |

Aussergewöhnlich hilfsbereit und freundlich. Apartments schön und Groß. Wunderbare Lage. Wenn es fertig ist, wird es sicher eine Topadresse in Baden-Baden Keine Dusche - Brauseschlauch in Wanne zu kurz. Hotel ist noch im Bau. Noch keine Parkplätze. Restaurant Servicepersonal noch sehr unerfahren. |

Nicht so gut...hotel war eine baustelle...wellnessbereich war noch nicht benutzbar...19,- euro für ein frühstück sind eindeutig zu teuer...das casino hatte wegen feiertag geschlossen...eine vorabinformation durch das Personal wäre nützlich gewesen, zumal ich dort eintrittskarten erhalten habe |
