Great experience and wonderful quiet hotel. Yes the train goes by but that's the way it is in Europe - trains are a great way to get around and it comes at a cost - get used to it. |

The room was very clean and the front desk staff were very pleasant and helpful. The wine selection was varied and the ones we sampled, were very good. Our room seemed like an afterthought to the hotel. It was small and faced the side wall of the hotel next door. The breakfast selection was disappointing. Compared to other hotels we'd stayed in, the selection was extremely limited and was identical both days of our stay. |

The Hotel is in a good location, with excellent Rhine views from the balcony room we had chosen. Cleanliness of the room was excellent. Parking, although free parking is available a short walk away. |

Fantastic warm welcome at the hotel, the lovely lady who met us then personally went and found us a parking spot and bought the ticket for us as I had no change! Great location. Cleanest hotel I've ever been in, best views of the rhine possible, great breakfast, etc etc. Will be my first choice hotel in this area from now on. Thank you so much. The fact that do not accept credit cards should be much more obvious when you arrive, and also on Booking.com's website. |

Being greeted by the owner with a handshake and made to feel welcome. Breakfast was exellent and plentiful. The position of the hotel could not have been better for access to the rhine etc. We paid for a balcony with a view of the river, a little expensive but well worth it for the views and watching the world go by.This is a beautiful area and this hotel made our weekend complete. Would go again. |

First we were greeted personally by the hotel owner, Elizabeth Ries. She made us feel welcomed and important. Next we went to our room which had a balcony overlooking the Rhine River which was awesome. They had a restayrant with tables on a first floor veranda overlooking Rhine which was cozy and had good food and service. The owner also is a licensed master winemaking who has a vineyard nearby and serves their own wines which we award winning. The breakfast was excellent. I would stonrgly recommend this hotel and have stayed at the Best Western located next door and would rate this one much higher. Lastly the hotel is directly across from the kd River Cruise Line dock which made river cruising quite easy and accessible. |

Friendly staff. They were amazing!! The veiw of Rhine river from the balcony was excellent. Enjoyed their wine at the balcony until the sunset. Thanks to reviews that we knew "hotel does not accept credit card" and "has very steep and narrow stairs at the entrance" Good breakfast. Perhaps, no shampoo? |

It has a good view of Rhein river. The ladies of reception are very helpful and friendly. We find a spider on a bed. There is no double bed in the double room but two single beds. |

Friendly staff, and the manager was very keen to ensure everything was alright for us, which it was. Excellent location, close to rail station and right by the Steamer pontoon for Rhine cruises. Rooms overlook the Rhine. Very clean throughout and good choice for breakfast. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Credit cards are not accepted but we used Travellers Cheques to save carrying large amounts of cash. The front entrance steps are very narrow and steep but the side entrance has standard sized steps. |

Personale, værelse, morgenmad, hotellets egne vine og beliggenhed alt sammen perfekt. Et sted vi gerne besøger igen. At hotellet ikke har egne parkeringspladser var intet problem, da den offentlige parkering er lige foran døren, og parkeringsafgiften for 7 dage er 10 euro ialt. |

De ligging van het hotel en het goed verzorgde ontbijt, en vriendelijk personeel. verouderde lift, verouderde inrichting, in de kamers sloten de ramen slecht, waardoor veel hinderlijk geluid van buiten binnen hoorbaar was. |
