The staff were very helpful and accomodating, they spoke English extremely well which made me very comfortable and they were very helpful to me. The hotel was extremely clean, every aspect of it was clean and tidy. The breakfast was superb. The location was perfect, great restaurants and city sites around the hotel and easy access to the U-bahn. I Not a thing, it was perfect. |

Staff were fantastic, the breakfast was great, the rooms were very clean, overall a great place to stay, recommend it to anyone. Maybe a fan in the bathroom. |

The hotel is fairly small and personal. We much prefer that over the huge impersonal hotel chains. The breakfast was hearty and abundant. Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms are modest in size, but well-appointed. Pillows are very mushy which may appeal to some, but was uncomfortable for us. |

Excellent location to see the sights of Munich. The staff was very helpful and friendly and the breakfast was wonderful. I would stay here again without reservations. It was also easy to reach from the airport and the directions were right on target. Great place. The rooms were not large, but were fine. |

Staff was very helpful in the German and English languages. Buffet breakfast was large and fantastic a very large selection. I would recommend this hotel to all of my friends and family traveling to the Munich area. The WiFi (WiLan) was very subpar we stayed on the third floor and only had 1 bar reception out of 5 bars and very slow. The hotel should think about a dedicated system with customer password access would be very helpful. |

The facilities were excellent - on a par with much more expensive and larger establishments. The service was so friendly it was like staying in a much smaller, famly run hotel - 10 out of 10. I would have liked tea/coffee making facility in the rooms - just a small point and not a complaint. |

friendly and helpful staff / modern design and furniture / very good breakfast / quiet and pleasant location / well equipped bathroom / cleanliness of the whole hotel / very agreeable barman there was not anything i did not like / everything is o.k./ two suggestions:1) air condition (for hot summer days), 2) ventilation in the bathroom |
