Staff in general were courteous and friendly. During my three day stay, the bar was staffed by one person only who had to provide drinks for the restaurant also. She was a hard worker and very polite, however, it was not unusual to wait ten to fifteen minutes for a drink. WIFI was very hit and miss.

Breakfast was nice. When you enter the room, seeing a bottle of water on the desk with a big hand-written 3,5EUR price shield on it, is not really welcoming and does not suit a 4-star hotel in my opinion.

One of the Best Breakfasts I have ever experianced. Great Basment cavornous restaurant area. Bar does not open until 5pm. Bed was too firm for my preferance..

The hotel is close to the Arcaden quarters, where it is easy to catch a bus anywhere. The hotel restaurant is awesome, a bit on the expensive side but the food is really good. Even the bar food was good. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet was totally awesome. WIFI connectivity was very unstable, it wasn't available most of the time.

Had a quiet, well appointed room. Staff is excellent. Breakfast is first class with the exception of the bacon. The parking is a problem if you have to go into the bunker. The bacon is undercooked - I always mention this every time we stay there, which is every year.

Доброжелательный персонал, парковка, чистота. Мы просили тихий номер, нам такой и дали. Для Германии отель не очень уютный. Приемлемо на ночь-другую, но не более.

朝食はまずます。出張の滞在者には十分です。 ショッピングモールまで徒歩5分程度なので便利です。 駅までは徒歩で15分程度ですが、雨が降ると厄介なので（タクシーにも乗り辛い距離）折りたたみ傘持参をお- 勧めします。 WiFiの接続が難しく、繋がりにくい事もありました。 この点だけは出張時の利用として不安です。私はグローバルWiFiも持参していたので問題ありませんでした- が・・・

Innenstadt im Siemens- und Klinikviertel, aber sehr ruhig gelegen bot das Haus alle Annehmlichkeiten bei einem günstigen Preis. Das feine Restaurant und auch das Frühstücksbuffet im eigentümlichen Gewölbekeller sehr empfehlenswert. Fehlanzeige

Zimmertemperatur bei 23 Grad, ohne dass die Heizung an war. Waschbecken und Toilette fast auf dem Boden . Restaurantpreise stark überteuert, bei Mini Portionen.
