Beautiful hotel, superb location, delicious and generous breakfast. Great evening outdoor cafe on the promenade. Close walk to shopping and old town touristic sites. Easy access for train and ferry to all that Bodensee has to offer. Staff was most gracious! |

I had a balcony which I had requested. The bed was comfortable The service was bad. Dirty glasses left in the room, or removed and not replaced. Emüty tissue box not replaced. Slow service in the restaurant. The restaurant was closed one noon for a special function, but there was no notice. One evening all but two tables were reserved, but no one suggested that I should have reserved. Poor communication from staff to guest. |

location of the hotel is excellent, right across the train station and directly on the promenade. Staff is very polite and helpful.The room was spacious, clean and comfortable No Ironing board in the room; lack of coffee machine.For the price of the room I would expect these facilities to be included in the room |

I left my camera in the bar and discovered it's loss the next day. It had been handed in by the barman and I recovered it from the hotel reception. How refreshing that there are civilised places left in the world where honesty reigns. My sincere thanks and appreciation. What a lovely place. |
