Very friendly staff, always willing to help, even to find an other restaurant on the island. The view from the hotel on the Bodensea was very nice. Great rooms, very beautiful furnished. Good restaurant. And the wellness center made me relax. It disturbed me that they did'nt say that the use of the hotel parking place cost extra money. |

Excellent location, in terms both of views over Lake Constance and of access to the local railway and boat network. Staff very welcoming. Rooms clean, light and airy. Good breakfasts. Possibly a little over-priced; and in terms of service and facilities a 4*+ rather than a 5* star hotel |

The staff was very pleasant. The hotel is extremely well located. There is a specific charm from the past. The breakfast is quite good. Rooms are very well appointed. Ours boasted a jacuzzi. Overall a very pleasant experience in Lindau. TV set is still the old bulky format. Maybe the time is ripe for an upgrade to a plasma or LCD... |

Pleasant staff and location. The breakfast room was a little crowded, but this to a certain extent was compensated by the excellence of the breakfast. |

Beautiful hotel, superb location, delicious and generous breakfast. Great evening outdoor cafe on the promenade. Close walk to shopping and old town touristic sites. Easy access for train and ferry to all that Bodensee has to offer. Staff was most gracious! |

I had a balcony which I had requested. The bed was comfortable The service was bad. Dirty glasses left in the room, or removed and not replaced. Emüty tissue box not replaced. Slow service in the restaurant. The restaurant was closed one noon for a special function, but there was no notice. One evening all but two tables were reserved, but no one suggested that I should have reserved. Poor communication from staff to guest. |

A localização à beira do lago é maravilhosa. As instalações são excelentes. O porteiro (Sr. Paulo) é muito prestável e ajuda a resolver qualquer questão. A recepção só tem uma pessoa, pelo que por vezes o atendimento pode ser mais retardado. Os canais de televisão sõa quase exclusivamente alemães |

Las habitaciones están completamente reformadas, y aunque estoy de acuerdo con otro cliente que dijo de ellas que eran un poco "soulless", son cómodas, prácticas y concretamente la nuestra (nº 328) muy amplia y con terraza. El desayuno es bastante completo, y el personal muy profesional y amable. La ubicación del hotel es inmejorable y tiene unas vistas desde el restaurante magníficas. |

Mein Mann ist gehbehindert. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Essen und der Service im Restaurant ausgezeichnet. Ein sehr gepflegtes Hotel. Man sollte Zimmer zur Seeseite oder Gartenseite nehmen. Die Zimmer zum Bahnhof bzw. Hafen sind etwas laut. |

Hôtel bien situé, garage pratique. Personnel sympathique, dévoué et très professionnel. Chambre spacieuse, confortable, avec balcon et vue agréable sur le port, les quais et les terrasses des hôtels environnants. Etablissement très "classe", conforme à sa réputation. |

accoglienza gentile; ci è stato concesso un up-grade gratuito per mancanza di disponibilità di camere alla tariffa riservata tramite booking.com (internet); stanza non molto spaziosa ma con un balcone abbastanza ampio dal quale si poteva ammirare (vista diagonale) lago e porto; materassi decisamente troppo molli e cuscini "a piumone" senza alternativa; ad eccezione della prima colazione ricchissima (compresa nel prezzo della camera), di ottima qualità ed in ambiene molto raffinato, il resto della struttura non merita sicuramente le cinque stelle; senza l'up-grade, il rapporto qualità prezzo sarebbe in settore rosso; staff ricevimento sempre estremamente cordiale e disponibile; comodissimo parcheggio di fianco all'hotel (supplemento) letti da mal di schiena (troppo molli) e cuscini " piumone"; mancanza di aria condizionata |
