Lo mejor ha sido la atención del personal y su ubicación. Aunque dicen que hay wi-fi siempre está desconectada o no accesible. El baño esta vez era muy pequeño y la ducha muy estrecha.

Ponudili so nam prijazno namesto dveh dvoposteljnih sob, neke vrste apartman z 2 sobami in 2 kopalnicami za isto ceno. Ob prihodu v hotel pa ugotovimo, da je kopalnica zaprta. Kljub večkratnim opozorilom, da nam jo odprejo, saj smo bile 4 gospe in sem jasno povedala, da v kolikor ni kopalnice, naj nam dajo to, kar smo rezervirale. Ugotovila sem, da je bil hotel prebookiran in da nam pač naših sob ne morejo dati, poleg tega pa nam je postalo jasno, da 2 kopalnic ni oziroma, da so bila ena vrata zaprta in je na njih pisalo, da se ne smejo odpirati zaradi nekih okvar. Seveda bi nam lahko receptor to prijazno povedal takoj ob prihodu, namesto tega je zahteval takojšnje plačilo v naprej. Zelo nekorektno in zelo neprofesionalno. Hotela zagotovo po taki izkušnji ( zaradi nekorektnosti personala) ne bi priporočala.

Kissé régies szálló, de ár-érték arányban kiváló. A reggeli fantasztikus, bőséges és nagyon finom. A városközpontban helyezkedik el, így az ingyenes parkolás kissé nehézkes, de megoldható.

gute lage,gleich neben dem hauptbahnhof,zimmer zur parkseite absolut ruhig.das einzelzimmer war sehr gross .frühstück reichhaltig,von allem etwas vorhanden.

Alle waren sehr nett, trotz der Hektik. Am 1. Morgen unserer Anreise war der Frühstücksraum gegen 7:30 Uhr sehr voll. Die anderen Tische im Restaurant waren nicht eingedeckt. Man spürte die Hektik. Wenn man vorher weiss, dass sehr viele Gäste an einem bestimmten Tag zum Frühstück da sind, kann dies sicherlich anders organisiert werden.

Leider waren Pool- und Saunalandschaft geschlossen aufgrund von Umbauarbeiten. Dafür gab es allerdings Gutscheine für die Therme Bad Reichenhall, was wirklich sehr gut war!!! Swimming pool in the last floor open until 22:00, Nice view from the swimmig pool. The breakfast was good. The restaurant of the hotel is fine.Hotel in front of the station. Free parking for bikes. La piscina está en el último piso, y abren hasta las 22:00. Bonitas vistas desde la piscina, está acristalado a ambos lados y se ven las montañas. El desayuno estuvo bastante bien. El restaurante no tiene muchos platos donde elegir, pero está bueno. El hotel está en frente de la estación. Aparcamiento gratuito para bicicletas.

Auswahl am Frühstücksbüffet. Schnelle Abwicklung beim Check-in und Check-out. Das Zimmer war direkt neben einer viel befahrenen Straße. Es war deshalb nachts ziemlich laut. Wellnessbereich nicht nutzbar, da grad im Umbau.
