Very close to the central station, good facility, wonderful buffet breakfast (especially the decoration of the breakfast room) and on top of all, staffs are excellent. It could be better if the price can be lowered a bit...

We arrived 2-3 hours earlier than the time of check in and we were allowed to use the room. Staff was helpful. The breakfast was perfect. Room was quiet and clean. Room smelled of cigarettes a little bit, but we were not to complain, as we checked in earlier. Somebody unlocked our room door from outside at 7 am on Sunday morning, that scared and stressed us. After me and my wife started to shout, the "unlocker" disappeared silently. There were no chains on the door as to restrict such undesired access. This event left some unpleasant feeling with us.

Nice hotel, exellent design, very friendly and helpful staff. Good size room. Location: 5 min walk to central railway station, 15 min walk to Marienplaz (city centre). Nearby a lot of restaurants, shopping centres. Our special thanks to Rosa - manager of hotel. This hotel is very good choice for us.

Our room had a lovely charm to it... And a mini-fridge for our use! I loved the architecture of the inside of the hotel and it is an easy 10 minute walk to the main train station in Munich (I timed it to be 10 min one way & 9 min when we 'hurried.) The gentleman at the front desk was very polite to us. We do speak fluent Duestch but it seemed as though our hosts would rather speak English to us so as to make us feel at home. We made sure to take their business card with us to insure we visit the hotel again.

Location excellent, near main station and Karlsplatz. Plenty to eat at buffet breakfast ( no warm food ). Room was spacious, clean and traditionally furnished. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, especially man in breakfast room.

The hotel was very centrally located 5 minutes from the central train station and 10 mins to Marienplatz. Very comfortable, easy to find with extremely friendly and helpful staff who all spoke very good english. The breakfast had a great choice of different breads, fruit, cheeses, meat cuts, yoghurts and the other usual stuff. Coffee was also excellent! We would definitely recommend it and would definitely return there in the future. Also within few minutes to the oktoberfest location.

Staff was good & helpful, Breakfast was amazing....we have so many choices even for our little daughter. Location is was excellent too with a very good price. There are no Non-smoking rooms & bathrooms smells bad, we most of the time we were in the city & just for sleep we came but it was noticeable.

The person serving Breakfast is the best person - He is very charming and makes people laugh. Rare to find such people who make others laugh in the closed Europe culture! - Communications - Hotel was not sure if they charge on toll free phones (1-800 numbers)

Great location to the okterber fest grounds and marinplatz. Great breakfast and friendly staff serving breakfast.. Free wifi Sometimes a bit noisy in the morning because of construction happening in the ara, but not hotels fault.

First of all, the location is fantastic, very close to the central train station by walking; hotel staff are very nice and friendly, especially the gentleman serving breakfast who made us feel very comfortable; the breakfast is great with plenty of choices. Over all, the hotel is worth the money very much. The elevator is too small to accomodate more people.

Staff is very kind and helpful. Price and quality is good valance or more so, we were quite satisfied stay this hotel. If you are stay in Munich couple of days, this is good hotel to stay because of great location!

Su ubicación. Amabilidad del personal aunque no hablan español, se esfuerzan. Desayuno bufet excelente con muchos tipos diferentes de quesos en su mayoría franceses y la posibilidad de llevarte zumos y pastas para comer fuera del hotel. Bien comunicado cerca de Estación Central y líneas de tranvía. Habitación grande y silenciosa. Nada en contra.

очень приветливый персонал - один сплошной позитив. отличное месторасположение: 5 минут от вокзала, 7 минут до терезина луга, 10 минут до старого города. в соседнем доме традиционный ресторанчик, в 10- минутной доступности в округе отличные рестораны покрупнее. светлый просторный номер (во всяком случае, нам достался именно таковой). с удовольствием провели несколько дней в мюнхене в этом отеле! Very-very friendly and positive staff. Exellent location: closed to central station, Altstadt (10 min walking), Theresien Weise (7 min). It was pleasure for us to stay in this hotel for several days. не назову идеальной уборку в номере. на завтрак нет ничего горячего, кроме вареных яиц, но выбор сыров, соков, йогуртов (все в упаковках), а также приветливость персонала за завтраками - искупает все. Not ideal room cleaning (but it's my quibble :)). Only cold meal for breakfast (but tasty and variety enough).

Die zentrale Lage und das Super-Frühstück, hier blieb kein Wunsch offen. Sehr empfehlenswert! Das Bad war nicht sehr ansprechend, es wäre renovierungsbedürftig. Der eigenartige Geruch im ganzen Haus. Wurde aber durch den Frühstückscafe übertüncht.
