Nice hotel, exellent design, very friendly and helpful staff. Good size room. Location: 5 min walk to central railway station, 15 min walk to Marienplaz (city centre). Nearby a lot of restaurants, shopping centres. Our special thanks to Rosa - manager of hotel. This hotel is very good choice for us.

Our room had a lovely charm to it... And a mini-fridge for our use! I loved the architecture of the inside of the hotel and it is an easy 10 minute walk to the main train station in Munich (I timed it to be 10 min one way & 9 min when we 'hurried.) The gentleman at the front desk was very polite to us. We do speak fluent Duestch but it seemed as though our hosts would rather speak English to us so as to make us feel at home. We made sure to take their business card with us to insure we visit the hotel again.

Front desk guy was very helpful about changing our room. It reeked of ciggy smoke even though it was supposed to be a non smoking room. He was apologetic and and advised us that the "new" room was a lot smaller, which it was but at least it had a nice fresh smell. The breakfast was fabulous,an unbelivable variety of food stuffs. Breakfast guy was also really nice, veryfriendly and time for a quick hello to everyone even though he was mad busy.

The only drawback was the size of the room, but as I said earlier, it was better than the much bigger room that reeked of smoke.

The hotel was very centrally located 5 minutes from the central train station and 10 mins to Marienplatz. Very comfortable, easy to find with extremely friendly and helpful staff who all spoke very good english. The breakfast had a great choice of different breads, fruit, cheeses, meat cuts, yoghurts and the other usual stuff. Coffee was also excellent! We would definitely recommend it and would definitely return there in the future. Also within few minutes to the oktoberfest location.

Small rooms but clean. Location is very good for visiting the city center. TV was not working but good internet speed. Good breakfast.

Sometimes a bit noisy in the morning because of construction happening in the ara, but not hotels fault.

Breakfast!!! Soooo good! And the waiter is a nice person! The hotel is very good, clean and confortable, near to the station that´s is perfect!

Very pleasant hotel. Well located. Possible to park a car. Nice staff. Good breakfast. Just a few meters away try a Bavarian style restaurant : really good food.

The staff. They were all extremely nice and made our stay very enjoyable. They should go into business teaching other hotels how to greet their guests. It is a short walk from the train station. Breakfast was delicious even though it did not include any hot items. Great big windows for ventilation.

We stayed in two different rooms. One had a shower with no curtain, which was awkward to use, the other had a shower with doors and was nice. The first room also smelled of cigarette smoke and there were some other unpleasant smells in the common areas. Right on a noisy street.

I like the staff especially receptionist with long hair.

I like the location of the hotel. It's very close to central station, Marien plaz...

Very good atomosphere with very friendly staff and service. Good access as walking range to MarienPlatz (10 min.), shopping (city center), easy access to Austria (Salzburg), Italy, Swizerland by car as well. 24 hours front and bar service with very near to central station enable many tour plans (car, public train, car parking available in hotel place). Nice breakfast (interesting decoration, especially chirlden are fun to see many eats and drink) and nice coffee/tea service (maybe that person is famous multi-language speaker) and in overall comfortable hotel with reasonable price.
