the people at the reception very nice and helpful. Very well located, just a few minutes walk to the city centre. Very nice breakfast, huge variety.The hotel is quite old but offers many positive things that I would recommend to anybody. |

Very good location (4-5 min walking from Hauptbahnhof - Central Railway Station). Room (#213) was very quiet. Breakfasts were exellent. It would be great if hotel has got computer somewhere at the reception for internet access besides Wi-Fi. |

The employees were very polite and helpful. Breakfast delightfully exceeded our expectations. We stayed on the first floor and as the hotel was along a main road, it was a bit noisy when we opened the window at night to get some air in. Otherwise with the windows shut it was fine. |

Das Hotel war eigentlich gut, jedoch mit der Sauberkeit hapert es.Der Spiegelschrank war leider gar nicht zu gebrauchen (sehr schmutzig) und das Zimmer war sehr staubig. Sonst sehr zentrale Lage.Frühstück sehr reichhaltig und gut. Personal sehr freundlich. |

Hyvä hinta/laatu suhde. Hyvät yhteydet, tram 20 m hotellista. Hyvät yhteydet U-, S- Bahnille sekä Trammille.Huoneet hyvin pienet, mutta viihtyisät. Meillä oli parvekkeellinen huone, se auttoi. Todella upea aamupalahuone (paljon tauluja seinillä!), erinomainen ja runsas aamiainen. Miellyttävä henkilökunta. Siisti hotelli. |

Das Hotel ist für Städtereisende optimal gelegen. Es liegt ca. 300m vom Hauptbahnhof und von der Theresienwiese entfernt. Man kann von heir aus die komplette Innenstadt zu Fuß erkunden. Die Zimmer sind OK und es wird ein ausreichendes Frühstücksbuffet angeboten. Die Zimmer zur Strasse hin sind leider nachts etwas laut. |

Das Frühstücksbuffet hat meine Erwartungen absolut übertroffen!!! Sehr grosszügige Auswahl! Das war spitzenklasse! Das Hotel ist zentrumsnah und der Hauptbahnhof erreicht man in ein paar Schritten. Die Zimmer sind alt und vielleicht bald einmal renovierungsbedürftig. Leider war nicht alles ganz sauber, es wirkte etwas schmuddelig. Aber wir haben sehr gut geschlafen und das Hotel ist für einen Städtetrip absolut zweckmässig. |
