We upgraded to a luxury room and were not disappointed. The room was fantastically well appointed and had a lovely big bath with Hermes toiletries. The bed was comfortable and the coffee machine was a real treat. The staff were really helpful and polite. We would certainly book this hotel again if we visit Munich. The spa was closed for refurbishment during our two night stay. We had not been notified of this when booking and so were disappointed to discover it shut upon our arrival, as this was one of our main reasons for booking this hotel.

the location only. i dont like every thing starting from the door man,he was standing in front of the hotel and i coming with a lot of bags from the taxi,he didnt try to help me.i was sitting in swissSwiss hotel in berlin the service there in every thing even the stuff was great excellent.the cleanliness in your hotel is so so bad and i told the room service several times to clean it to me well,and i took 2 rooms,you give me the room with 2 small bed you put it beside each other,not one big bed.the price is too expensive on the level of the hotel.the decor is too dark and too bad.this is my first and my last time.

Asked for double room , got 2 single beds pushed together. Wooden floor in room so beds kept drifting apart, very uncomfortable and not acceptable for the price charged. My advice please specify double bed - This does not mean two singles pushed together!!!!!

The Wellness-Bereich was really nice. The room was very modern and clean. It is small, but I think it is disappointing that they had coffee/tea in the room, but no black tea. We told the front desk personnel before heading out into a snowy Munich city. However, on our return there had been no tea bags brought to the room.
