Hotelli oli tyylikäs ja rauhallinen, vaikka sijainti oli rautatieaseman vieressä. Sijainti siis erinomainen ja hotellista oli lyhyt matka kävelykadulle ja ostoksille. Hotellin aamiainen oli hyvä, joskin melko hintava. Sinällään tyylikkään kylpyhuoneen oviratkaisu ei ollut lainkaan onnistunut. |

Very nice,comfort and relaxing . the spa is superb,especially the swiming pool.very close to the center of the city,and all the transportation you need are close-few seconds of walk!! |

Very modern hotel. As it was our honeymoon, they upgraded our room, and went to the trouble of leaving chilled champagne in our room, and even decorating the bed with rose petals. Very high level of detail. Location of the hotel cannot be beat, if you plan to either arrive or depart by train at the Hauptbahnhof... its about a 30 second walk. |

It took a while to get back our car after check-out for some reason, but the person at the concierge was so kind to give us free drinks at the bar while waiting. Their attitude was very sincere and thoughtful. |

bed was wonderful. room was quiet. customer service was excellent. ridiculous to have to pay for internet access after 15 minutes of use. For the cost of the hotel room, internet should be free. We stayed in small hotels all over Germany with free internet until our stay in Munich. |

I chose this hotel randomly as the hotel I was booked at was suited in an unconvenient location. This hotel is located near tha main train station, which has greocery stores are open 24/7. Not to far away from down town, and very ideal for business travellers and tourists. As for travellers who seek wellness and shopping, the hotel is ideally located near the city center and has a spa. If you're booking the junior suites, be sure to ask for multi-story suites on the 8th floor, they're great!! Nothing much really, the only thing I disliked is the vallet parking. When I came to pick up my car the other day, I was surprised to see that vehicale settings and language were change accoriding to the doorman's preferences!! |
