The service was excellent and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The spa was wonderful and the location great. Would heartily recommend and would definitely stay here again. |

the room cleaning stuff was very bad in their way to clean , and to treat guests,they didn't provide the rooms with the same items , it depend on their minds whether they like the guest or they don't. |

Almost everything was excellent. Fine hotel. Air conditioning in room was marginally effective, and at times not fully adequate for someone who likes a reasonably cool (not cold) room. Also, internet was usurously expensive (24 Euro/day), and the allegedly hi-speed of internet was anything but hi-speed. Very slow for expected hi-speed service. |
