ロケーションが良く、外見・内装などのデザインも、斬新さを取り入れながらも落ち着いており、新鮮な驚きを感じた。朝食は種類が豊富で、味にも満足した。 ベビーベッドを予約し、チェックイン時にも確認したが、用意されず。その後に確認すると、忘れられていたのか、すべて貸し出され在庫無しとのこと。その晩は安眠できず、最悪。翌日に用意され、お詫びの印と思われる食べ物が添えられていた。 |

From the time we checked in until we departed the hotel staff was great. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and looking forward to a relaxing weekend. When we checked in we received an upgrade to our room along with a box of chocolates and a bottle of champagne. The facilities at this hotel are true luxury. |

The staff were excellent from the start the front desk to the bistro and breakfast. The rooms were very quiet and comfortable. On entering the hotel we found the reception area very dark and sombre. We thought it was just us and our age but our 30 year old daughter and her husband on arrival said the same thing. |

The breakfast buffet was very good. The beds were great! The blow dryer was extremly heavy, and I had to ask for conditioner for my hair. |

Great location if you need to use the main station. Great atmosphere, good service and clean room. Very polite and helpful staff. Impresive design and style. The spa is also perfect! Internet 24 Euro per day! A hotel with this kind of high prices should include free internet access for the guests. In general whatever was not included in the price of the room did not have a "friendly" price... quite the opposite actually. |

The hotel was beautiful. The king bed was 2 twins pushed together. One bed would move, it took away from how nice the room was. |

Swimming pool and spa facilities are in a very good level. Also breakfast was very good both in terms of quality and variety. Hotel staff was knocking the door every 15minutes. There was no chance to lie in bed in the mornings and there was no "don't disturb" sign available to hang on the door. Also although in the booking the room was described with a king size bed were actually 2 seperate mattreses! |

Excellent location, terrific design and comfort. We were unhappy with room cleaner: over the 4 days she has never replenished coffee packs in the room and did not provide two pairs of sleepers although the room was occupied by two persons at all times. |

the location was perfect and the hotel staff were really nice, the spa was also nice. intrior design of the hotel was perfect. the concieirg must be more helpful and profesional about the guest issues and about the events that going on in the town such as exebitions and so on. the breakfast was not also included its not normal for such hotel |
