dupa parerea mea nota cea mai buna ar fi data de pozitionarea hotelului in preajma garii centrale si legaturilor foarte bune pentru toate zonele din munich ( S si U Bahn, tramvai si autobuz ) precum si aproprierii de zona centrala turistica micul dejun putin mai variat si mai bogat |

Very modern hotel. As it was our honeymoon, they upgraded our room, and went to the trouble of leaving chilled champagne in our room, and even decorating the bed with rose petals. Very high level of detail. Location of the hotel cannot be beat, if you plan to either arrive or depart by train at the Hauptbahnhof... its about a 30 second walk. |

It took a while to get back our car after check-out for some reason, but the person at the concierge was so kind to give us free drinks at the bar while waiting. Their attitude was very sincere and thoughtful. |

bed was wonderful. room was quiet. customer service was excellent. ridiculous to have to pay for internet access after 15 minutes of use. For the cost of the hotel room, internet should be free. We stayed in small hotels all over Germany with free internet until our stay in Munich. |

the room was spacious and the spa facilities were great. the hotel staff were very helpful. wifi access was expensive and confusing. should be included in room rate like many other higher end hotels. |

I chose this hotel randomly as the hotel I was booked at was suited in an unconvenient location. This hotel is located near tha main train station, which has greocery stores are open 24/7. Not to far away from down town, and very ideal for business travellers and tourists. As for travellers who seek wellness and shopping, the hotel is ideally located near the city center and has a spa. If you're booking the junior suites, be sure to ask for multi-story suites on the 8th floor, they're great!! Nothing much really, the only thing I disliked is the vallet parking. When I came to pick up my car the other day, I was surprised to see that vehicale settings and language were change accoriding to the doorman's preferences!! |

From the time we checked in until we departed the hotel staff was great. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and looking forward to a relaxing weekend. When we checked in we received an upgrade to our room along with a box of chocolates and a bottle of champagne. The facilities at this hotel are true luxury. |

The staff were excellent from the start the front desk to the bistro and breakfast. The rooms were very quiet and comfortable. On entering the hotel we found the reception area very dark and sombre. We thought it was just us and our age but our 30 year old daughter and her husband on arrival said the same thing. |
