Big space Flat had it all
Great place to stay as it is close to public transport, attractions and supermarkets. Families beware that it is in the seedy side of town, in amongst the strip joints. We felt safe with young kids
It was close to the metro and supermarkets. It was clean and kitchen utensils new and nice. Laundry facility was free and good.
The confirmation we received from booking states that we have a balcony, electric kettle. However, upon arrival the receptionist told us that booking.com was wrong in that and that the style of room we booked does not contain a balcony. When we asked about the electric kettle we were told that the coffee maker was the kettle. The room should contain an iron and ironing board; that were not there. When we requested one, we received the iron the second day, but never the ironing board. The place is ok if you are planning to just sleep and be out all day.
Great furniture, new and functional. Comfortable room, spacious and bright. staff friendly and helpful. Very close to the center and the central station.
Unfortunately, the area is not very good compared to the rest of the city.
The staff were very friendly. The flat is supper clean , location is perfect !
The room and location was good!
They charged us more than what we reserved at booking.com. and it was also the case with another family staying. We later argued and got back the extra charge, but not happy about that. Day staff was not efficient though the night staff was very good.
The room itself was quite large and very comfortable.
The location is a little rough. The hotel signage is poor. But my biggest complaint was the locks on the door I don't believe they've ever stayed in any room with the more complicated doorlock. We almost always needed assistance entering our room.
Refurbished property, very clean interiors which was surprisingly well maintained for a service apartment
No big deal, but they did have an issue with charging to my Amex and had to settle in cash The property is close to the station and can get noisy with the windows open (no ac)
The whole hotel is beautifully renovated. 1 block from the train station (great for fast food before leaving). Great location. very clean. Great helpful staff (even refused to take a tip). Room we had was 6th floor 1 bedroom large apartment with excellent kitchen. Street parking but meters. Alternatively, Hotel will give printout to put in window - police will then come in to ask car to be moved and not ticket it.
hard to find from outside but great inside. -no A/C but large windows.
Fairly clean and enough space for four people.
No shower curtain so water goes everywhere. No soaps or drying towels for dishes. Very noisy area, especially at night.
Key to open the apartment kept on getting stuck. Only one key for a 4 sleeper!
It was centrally located.and had a kitchen though it was small
Some staff were not very helpful except for Alex.who assisted us..All Tv channels werr.in German. Room was very small. It was noisy in the night and was a disturbance in the night and early morning
This is a hard review for me. Some of the staff was wonderful even walking us down the street to a doctor when our son was ill. Another staff member was somewhat rude. It's a great location. Rooms are large and there is free laundry facilities to use.
Every night when we returned there was a family sitting in the lobby watching tv with young children running up and down the stairs. We were only allotted one key per room with 3 adult children going in different directions this was a hassle. We had reserved two rooms for two separate families when the first family arrived they charged both rooms to the credit card. They were asked to please remove one of the rooms and were told they could not.
It is less than 2 blocks from the main train station so you can walk instead of taking a cab. There are 2 markets nearby for groceries and lots of choices in terms of restaurants/pubs and shopping. Would definitely stay there again as it is the perfect place and close to all you want to see and do in Munich.
Enthusiastic staff. The hotel is not far from the station etc
The street where the hotel is located doesn't give you feeling that the area is safe. The hotel is new so not everything is fully settled. We asked the front desk about the parking options in the area and they didn't know the costs at the different underground parking lots. The staff does try to help but...
Clean room with good space
There were too many loud children playing in the stairway and halls up until about 12am!
Near to the train station, spacious, clean and full amenities
Don't have safety box and the area around doesn't feel safe to walk around at night
Very clean rooms. Excellent wi-fi connection.
Staff addressed our needs but seemed short and not as friendly as I would expect for hotel staff. However, needs were met and the hotel seemed efficiently run. Noise from outside is a bit much but it is on a busy street so you can't avoid it.
Just near train station. Easy to find. Good for family.
Front desk pushing me to pay in cash , the girl said they prefer Cash . When I chasing if I can pay in credit card, she said the machine is broken.
It is very clean, with a lot of space. It is a new place, we were very comfortable there.
There is no parking- we had a car and had to park on the street... It said online that there was parking, there is not. That is really the only major complaint. This is a good place to stay!
The location is really good. Only 2 minutes away from Munich HBF. Staff clean it everyday. Room is quite big.
The WI-FI is poor.
Clean and spacious rooms. Comfortable beds.
Restless and noisy location. Unfinished rooms with some broken details. No parking. Very slow internet connection.
Staff were friendly and wanting to help as much as they could. Free laundry facilities. Close to the rail, supermarkets and some tourist sights
