The location is very good. Good renovated. Check in time is late 16:00-. But I was in a hurry. The staff let me check in earlier. It was kind! |

Good breakfast and nice breakfast room, friendly helpful staff, comfortable room, very clean. A good location near the start of the old town. Our room was a double room but had only been set up for one person, but the staff were excellent when I asked for an extra duvet and towels. A useful note is to park your car in the Parkhause for €10 a day if you are driving. |

Very nice rooms, new and clean. The reception is friendly and helpful. Perfect location - in a minute's walk from the old centre and the castle. |

It had been nicely refurbished. We had stayed before (pre-refurbishment - and loved it then) but loved the size of the rooms, their fittings, the fact that the hotel had added an extra bed for our son without asking. It is brilliant to wake up and see Galeria Kaufhof and the mountains out of your bedroom window. Breakfast was great. Loved it! Free wireless networking was also a great surprise. No parking outside the hotel for pickup and drop off but you can't have everything and the parking that was available was nice and close. |

Friendly service and excellent location for downtown visit. I would recommend other guests to use the "Parkhaus 1" which is around the corner and charges less (10 EUR for 24 h or less if duration is shorter). |

Everything. From our arrival when they oferred a glas of sparkling wine, to the rooms to the friendly and helpful staff. The hotel has a wonderful location and was recently renovated with a very good modern taste. |

The location was great. It was located right in the middle of downtown and we had easy access to several key areas of Heidelberg. Also the staff was extremely couteous and helpful. I would not hesitate to stay there again. No air conditioning and a little noisy (due to location). |

Very clean room, good bathroom, comfortable bed. Excellent location. Some staff are young and inexperienced (although very pleasant). Room was noisier than expected. No air conditioning. |

The hotel was very centrally located, and it was easy to walk to the major attractions. Public transport was just outside. The room was nicely decorated and stylish. Because of the location on a very busy transport hub the room was very noisy with the windows open. It was very hot during our stay and as there is no air-conditioning we found the room too warm at night and of course could not open the windows because it was too noisy. |

The hotel staff was especially tuned to my requests. When I asked them to book me a shuttle to the airport and enoutered a problem, on their own initiative they also solved it without waiting for my return to the hotel to get further instructions. The wi-fi internet in all rooms is a geat bonus. The rooms are very spacious and quite nice. The location, by the Bismarckplatz, is very convenient. If you want peace and quiet this isn't the hotel for you. The platz is busy with public transportation almost till midnight and then early in the morning. It wasn't that noisy that prevented me from good sleeping, but I'm a heavy sleaper. I'm sure lighter sleapers would find the level of noice annoying and problematic. |

The hotel is refurbished and quite comfortable. We were offered a glass of German sparkling wine upon arrival which came handy after a long drive. Ths hotel staff is very helpful and the room is quite spacious with a high ceiling. It's a nice 3-star hotel and good value for money. The hotel is not air-conditioned which could be OK if it were not facing a busy street. Though there's a special notice for guests regarding these facts in the room it is not helpful to those who got used to fresh air during the night. |

The cleanliness of both the room and the bathroom and the location. The staff were very willing to help at all times. We would gladly use it again. With the window closed there is no noise from the street. They could have more printed tourist information about the city and the vicinity. That might be a general problem of the German Tourist Office. |

The rooms were well appointed and newly decorated. The situation of the hotel made it easy to get around Heidelberg by foot. As it is in the centre is was quite noisy in the evening. The very warm weather didn't help, you couldn't sleep with your window closed. |
