직원들이 상당히 불친절합니다. 방도 너무 작아 깜짝 놀랐습니다.

큰길가에 있어서 새벽에도 찻소리가 난다는점 말고는 정말 좋은 인상을 받음. 다음에 다시 들르고 싶은 호텔임

マルクト広場に面していて、観光の拠点として最適な場所でした。バスや市電の乗り場もすぐそばなので、駅へ- のアクセスも便利でした。 部屋はフローリングでモダンな感じ、ホテルというより綺麗なアパートメントに滞在している気分でした。 チェックアウト後も荷物を預かりますと、部屋に置かれた利用案内に書かれていました。 近くには深夜まで営業しているスーパーマーケットがあるので、飲料やお土産の調達に便利です。 スタッフも親切なので、ぜひ、このホテルに滞在することをお勧めします。

The staff, the place and the breakfast are very good.

The room was very large with a comfortable bed and a clean, modern bath. The hotel was located just off the pedestrian area and was about a 10-15 minute walk to the castle. The breakfast was very good.

Close to old town and all the shops and restaurants. Close distance to tram and bus. Very helpful.

Not all staff could speak English enough to be comfortable. One staff member avoided talking to us because his English was not good.

The staff are excellent - always friendly and very helpful, good facilities including parking and free wi-fi, excellent breakfast. This is my first choice of hotel for business in Heidelberg.

Big rooms, pleasant staff, convenient location within walking distance of old town, river and castle, good breakfast. Biggest attraction, though, is the city of Heidelberg itself. This is a stunning place, with the only old town in Europe that can claim to rival the mother of cities, Prague. This was my third stay in this hotel and I have always been impressed.

Some of the rooms facing the main road can be a little noisy.

Perfect location, very close to the main attractions and restaurants of the city. Easy transportation to the train central station.

Very friendly, welcoming staff (champagne offered on arrival!) The hotel is a training hotel and based on the result the training is of a high standard. The hotel is recently renovated, close to the main shopping street, the Neckar and about 10 minutes to the railway to the castle.

Would be good if tea / coffee making facilities were available, but they were happy to prepare one in their kitchen.

A wider choice of english tv channels would be appreciated.

The Bayrisher Hof is simply PERFECT! To begin with I had got immediately an upgrade on my room, the staff was the friendliest I met so far in all Germany, the breakfast is pure luxury and for Easter I had a little present from the management: a chocolate bunny and a bottle of wine!

The receptionist at the desk on the afternoon of our arrival was extremely helpful and kind. I don't remember her name, but we arrived on March 14.

Everything was great & very clean, the staff were extra helpful. We stayed in a room at the back of the hotel so there wasn't any noise from the road and there were also earplugs in the room in any case. The location is great, right at the city center across all of the main bus stops and the old-town. Plus, the internet access was great & we had no connection problems in our room or anywhere else in the hotel, which was usually a big problem in other hotels we had stayed.

Staff very helpful. I had not realised it was actually a training hotel for the university Business Admin. Students, but they did do their best to find things out if they were unsure about anything. Lovely breakfast Central location

No shower mats and the shower was very slippery. I had forewarned the hotel that I was a disabled visitor and walked with crutches

1) The staffs were really helpful and polite. 2) The hotel is right in the city centre. Easy to get around.

1) The car park was a street away.

Location is a huge plus point about this hotel. A few minutes walk away from the "altstadt" and is also very easy to get to from the main train station.

Check in time is at 4pm which is a little late. Check out time is also a little too early at 10.30am.
