The hotel is conveniently located close to train and bus stations. The free wi-fi access offered works, but is slow. There is another payed connection anyway. Good rooms and restaurants infra structure. |

we were given an extended check out and allowed to shower after check out as we had a late flight - staff very helpful. Twin room had single beds - too small for big guys. |

I had some minor troubles in my bath room (dripping toilet and water tap). It was fixed within one hour and this on a holiday. |

Linen was very clean and crispy. Front staff was very good. Restaurant staff and food was good, specially the B'fast. Yes, cleaning of the room was not done properlly. If a cup or a glass is used, it's never cleaned and kept in the proper place again. Once, the mug was kept unattended (from morning) with remaining tea until I came back to room around 6.30 pm. Used bottles are never cleared from the room. |

Front desk service was fast, efficient and friendly. - TV in the room was not fully operating and we were not informed when we booked although this problem has been there since a while and will last till November as mentioned in a letter left to us in the room. Also the service during breakfast was not attentive enough and slow. |

Room large and comfortable Temporary reception 7 staff all talking to each other to busy to acknowledge guest.Fridge tv safe all faulty reported .Broken chair replaced.Breakfast overpriced and hot food COLD.Bar service slow and inefficient.This was a return trip to this hotel.Disappointing all round! |
