Apart from the receptionists, nobody else from the stuff made an effort to reply in English.Replies were in German only making ti hard to communicate especially in the bar. |

Asked for a double bed when made reservation 8 weeks prior to arriving but instead got 2 twin beds pushed together , contacted reception but got no satisfaction until following day , totally unacceptable . |

Ideal location: U-station Nollendorf 4 min walk and bus 100 stops in front of the hotel. unfortunately a room on a smoking floor, so the room smelled of smoke. |

localization of this hotel is great, rooms are big and comfortable. the excelent thing is projecton near by reception where everybody can play socer:) lady in reception was very unpolite, I never seen such behaviour before - bad day maybe? |

The room was very large, english tv stations available on the modern lcd tv, bathroom very well equiped and beautiful. mind blowing selection of foods at breakfast and wonderful cocktails at the bar. The garden restaraunt was amazing too I would definitely stay there again. |

It's well situated and rates appear to be fair at first glance (see also below). It has parking and helpful staff The so-called free internet service was not free at all -- in fact, I paid more for four days of internet access than i do for an entire month at home -- an here's the killer: You find this out when you check out. There's a complicated procedure, whereby you need to get an access code by phone -- this required four attempts before it worked. Next, you need to select things from a screen where the icons are so small you can barely see them, and they all appear to have the same color. Nowhere does it say that this is charged separately, or what the rate is. To make matters worse, the code needs to be entered anew every 24 hours, effectively disrupting your surfing the next the day. |

The hotel is conveniently located close to train and bus stations. The free wi-fi access offered works, but is slow. There is another payed connection anyway. Good rooms and restaurants infra structure. |

we were given an extended check out and allowed to shower after check out as we had a late flight - staff very helpful. Twin room had single beds - too small for big guys. |

I had some minor troubles in my bath room (dripping toilet and water tap). It was fixed within one hour and this on a holiday. |

Linen was very clean and crispy. Front staff was very good. Restaurant staff and food was good, specially the B'fast. Yes, cleaning of the room was not done properlly. If a cup or a glass is used, it's never cleaned and kept in the proper place again. Once, the mug was kept unattended (from morning) with remaining tea until I came back to room around 6.30 pm. Used bottles are never cleared from the room. |
