möjligen att väntan om rum vid incheckningen var oviss. Dock var vi där tidigt, men informationen om hur länge det skulle ta var inte tillfredsställande.

Stora rum med sköna sängar som gick att flytta isär. Mycket bra bufféfrukost med god körsbärsyougurt. Personalen var till övervägande del hjälpsamma och vänliga. Centralt läge med bra kommunikationer.

Vi var 5 vänner som skulle tillbringa en helg i Berlin. Jag hade försökt boka ett 3-bäddsrum och ett dubbelrum. Detta gick inte på nätet. När vi anlände fick vi veta att de hade gott om trebäddsrum men nu gick det inte att ändra bokningen. Vi anlände till hotellet på förmiddagen och fick då veta att rummen först var tillgängliga kl 15.00. Då vi kom tillbaka kl 15.00 var endast 1 rum färdigt (vi hade bokat 3 rum) Receptionspersonalen hävdade att tillträde till rummen var fr o m kl 15.00. Vi fick de andra två rummen först kl 18.00. Ingen kompensation för detta utan snarare ett snorkigt bemötande.

Hotellets läge, rimligt avstånd till kommunikation och shopping.

Det mest var bra. Kanske saknades 'bodylotion' efter dusch o bad!

Apart from the receptionists, nobody else from the stuff made an effort to reply in English.Replies were in German only making ti hard to communicate especially in the bar.

Asked for a double bed when made reservation 8 weeks prior to arriving but instead got 2 twin beds pushed together , contacted reception but got no satisfaction until following day , totally unacceptable .

Location, friendly staff, and comfort are the most advantages of the hotel

localization of this hotel is great, rooms are big and comfortable. the excelent thing is projecton near by reception where everybody can play socer:)

lady in reception was very unpolite, I never seen such behaviour before - bad day maybe?

Location suited my needs

First room offered was totally unacceptable for size. Not as confirmed by Booking.com. Overall experience was not value for money.

Spacious rooms and bathrooms, quite close to the shopping area (within a walking distance).

Surrounded by the ugly block of flats,stinking and stuffy corridors.

It's well situated and rates appear to be fair at first glance (see also below). It has parking and helpful staff

The so-called free internet service was not free at all -- in fact, I paid more for four days of internet access than i do for an entire month at home -- an here's the killer: You find this out when you check out. There's a complicated procedure, whereby you need to get an access code by phone -- this required four attempts before it worked. Next, you need to select things from a screen where the icons are so small you can barely see them, and they all appear to have the same color. Nowhere does it say that this is charged separately, or what the rate is. To make matters worse, the code needs to be entered anew every 24 hours, effectively disrupting your surfing the next the day.

The hotel is conveniently located close to train and bus stations. The free wi-fi access offered works, but is slow. There is another payed connection anyway. Good rooms and restaurants infra structure.

Extremely friendly staff.

Breakfast too expensive. Rooms at street side very noisy. Elevators noisy.
