L'habitació, molt comfortable i espaiosa (la 134) tranqueila malgrat, estar just al costat del parquing i sobre del bar. En genera, tot bé. Posats a buscar-hi algun defecte, potser part del personal de recepció no és excessivamente servicial ni antent. |

Enjoyed our stay very much. Nice comfortable room, friendly staff, Ideal location for buses train and trams. Train from airport to Zoo stop, then waking distance to hotel. Excellent trip. |

The hotel was outside all the busy tourist street but easy to access from the airport via the train. It was also only 10-15 minutes by train to the tourist sites. Good shopping close by. The restaurant in the hotel was very nice and reasonably priced We thought the breakfast was a bit expensive but there were plenty of places to eat outside of the hotel. Just a small complaint, the toilet paper was the worst I have ever had in a hotel let alone a 4 star hotel. |

The location was the only good point. near the metro, s-bahn and railway and the shops on Kudam not too far away either. Too numerous to mention all - serious plumbing problems neccessitated a rapid vaccation of the room - no apologies from hotel. Reception staff was unfriendly and sullen, more concerend with their monitors than guests. Rooms 20 years behind times. Kettle and cups but no tea or coffee, when queried on the second morning we received some but the cups were not washed and saches not replaced. There was a mini-bar and a tray with 3 beer? glasses and an opener but the bar was empty. |

It was situated conveniently near the train station and in a good location for shopping, restaurants and the city tour bus. The room was very clean and comfortable and good value for money. At 16 euro per person breakfast was expensive and we found good quality breakfasts outside the hotel for half the price. |

The Hotel was close to a main public transport hub and shopping district, but still on a quiet street The Hotel decor is stuck in a time warp, 1970's timber paneling and naff carpeting |

Central location, friendly staff, the standard was all right and our room was located towards a quiet backyard. There was also peace and quiet in the evening and at night. Personally I missed a pool and a fitness center. |

Excellent value, given how weak the pound is against the euro I'm amazed that we paid so little for a very comfortable and convenient hotel. Breakfast was expensive at 16 euros each but for just 10.5 euros for two people the Filbuhne restaurant next door does a wonderful breakfast platter of cold meats, cheese, fruit, salad and hot rolls. |

Convenient location for exploring Berlin and good value for money. Breakfast is a little expensive relative to room rate, and it will be nice if they can offer a rate with breakfast. I had no choice. Furniture a little old (Though comfortable). Wardrobe door fell off twice and management may want to consider changing the sliding rail. |

The location was excellent, the room was very comfortable, most of the staff were polite and tried to help as much as possible. First we got a small dirty room which didn't smell good, on the third try we got a proper room which is suitable for hotel of four stars. We could not understand why the hotel did not supply cofee, tea and suger to our room while others rooms got it, it was not important, but it seems very petty of the hotel to save money by that. |

Very central location and easy to find; breakfast was good although the restaurant was very crowded. Hotel staff were very helpful both in allowing a little earlier access to the booked room, and also with storing suitcases the day of departure |
