相変わらず部屋がひなびたにおい。wi-fiが導入たありがたい。１ＦのＰＣはＦｒｅｅの方が親切 ここはバスタブが深く日本人にゆったり入浴できる。 |

この半年間で20近いホテルを利用しましたが、St. Moritzのホテルと並んで豪華な朝食でした。夕食のアメリカンレストランは、日本人にとってはすごい量ですので、注文しすぎないよう御注意を。 最も「ユーザーレビュー通り」と感じたホテルでした。「シャンプーがない」とのことでしたので、準備して行き、特に問題ありませんでした。備付のボディーシャンプーはありました。テレビが使いにくいでしょうか(すぐに有料チャンネルに入ってしまう)。せっかくいいホテルなのに、reception staffの中に冷たい対応をする人が何人かいたのが、とても残念でした。 |

中心地（ツォー駅）から歩いて２～３分なので大変便利。朝食もかなり種類があり満足。フロントが愛想が無いのが残念な点。でもそんなのはあまり気にならない立地と値段でよいホテル。 チェックアウトの時に勝手にクレジットカード払いになっていた事。 |

ドイツに住む日本人です。私は偶然にも安く泊まれたので良かったです。バスタブもありましたし、部屋も綺麗で、朝食も普通に美味しかったです。場所も良いです。 シャンプーが置いてあるとなお良かったですね。 |

部屋の設備、朝食等、特に不満はないです。ツォー駅から近く、利便性も高い。ネット接続も無線に加えてちゃんとケーブルも用意されていた。 歯ブラシくらいは置いといてほしかった。 |

Good location, well-connected with the other parts of the city. Hotel needs renovation, furniture is beyond repair and there is not enough space in the room. Actually, this should be hotel with three stars. |

The breakfast table was excelent and the room was OK, may be it could be freshed up a bit. For us it was very near by to everything we would like to see. The reseption and bar was very good. We would very much like to come back to your hotel. |

The central position in Berlin. The parking price 14 euro per day is very high. Also Internet access at 29 euro per day is all too much. I expect Internet access to be free! |

Good breakfast, nice reception staff, and a comfortable and non-pretentious atmosphere for a very central location. Not tacky at all. The building is not a good building of its period and has a lot of night time vibration and hum which menas that even on the very quiet back elevation it is noisy of a light sleeper. Decor a bit shabby now |

Closenesss and proximity to the areas of berlin..bahnhof, bus stops, tourist attractions, shopping...etc First, they asked for my credit card; I asked why.They will photo copy it and need as assuranceI for the minibar deposit. I didn't like the idea; then I was asked to deposit € 75 for the minibar in the room...OUTRAGEOUS!!!!!i handed the lady 2 €50 bills; the hotel doesn't have change.Then they only got €50 as deposit!!!! This is really ridiculous!!! |
