チェックアウトのあと荷物を預かってもらったが、貴重品はちゃんと別のところに確保していてくれた。ただ、- その情報が他のスタッフに行き届いていなかった。 到着したとき、飛行機の遅れもあって遅くなった。チェックインしてもだれも荷物を運んでくれなかった。 |

フロントはフレンドリィ。部屋のクリーニングも気になる点はなかった。家具などは新しくないが、バスルーム- は改装されており清潔であった。そもそもホテル代が安いので、追加料金で種類が多く、おいしい暖かい朝食を- 楽しむか、ベルリン工科大のカフェテリアでサンドイッチなどで安く済ませるか、その日の予定や気分で選択可- 能。チェックインの際に禁煙室を希望したが、喫煙室だった。しかし部屋にタバコ臭は感じなかった。バスタブ- は欧州のホテルでは大きめ。1970年代の高級ホテルに手を入れて使っている感じで、昔、家族で来たような- 、ちょっと懐かしく、安心な雰囲気を感じた。駅のそばなので、何かと便利である。フロントで観光客向けのベ- ルリン市内地図に載っていない住所をしつこく尋ねたが、場所や最寄のＳバーン駅や乗り継ぎのトラムなど、文- 句も言わずに調べてくれた。 ２００９年９月より、明るい内装色で近代的に改装した部屋もあるようですが、今回の客室はリニューアル前の- 部屋だったのが残念。バスルームの換気扇は常時ＯＮで、今回の旅行で宿泊したドイツの３つのホテル内で動作- 音がもっとも大きかった。 |

Zoo駅からも近く移動に便利。駐車場のキャパも十分。バスタブが付きの部屋と無い部屋がある。私達の場合- 、バスタブ付きの部屋に当日変更して頂けた。ホテル側の対応に満足しています。部屋の設備・清潔度も全く問- 題なし。 ユニットバスがもう少し広ければもっと良かった。 |

入室後、すぐに部屋のカード・キーを然るべき場所に差し込むと、部屋の電源が入る。外出のためにカード・キ- ーを抜くとすぐに電源が切れる。よって、部屋を空けている間はどんなに暑くても寒くてもエアコンは停止する- 。夜、帰って来た時は快適とは言えない。これはベルリンのホテルとして一般的なシステムなのだろうか？ 着いた時、掃除がしてなかった。テーブルもその上に置かれたトレイもカップもほこりだらけだった。ハウスキ- ーパーを呼んで問いただしたら、夕食にお出かけになったらその間に掃除をしておきます、とのことで、それは- 実行された。しかし、私が指摘した以外の場所はまだほこりが溜まっていた。椅子は小さく粗末なものだったが- 、木製の部分は全体に塗りがはげていた。あまりにみすぼらしい。また、窓際に作りつけた棚はテーブルとして- は（他にはテーブルがない）奥行きが浅すぎ、遮光カーテンを引く時、テーブルの上のコップがカーテンの裾で- ひっくり返った。全体の印象はみすぼらしい木賃宿、という感じ。これでも四つ星なのか？ランキングの改定を- 望む。 |

団体客が入っていたせいか、お客が集中し、活気があるのはいいのだが、気分的にゆっくり食事が出来なかった- 。 このホテルはベルリンで3箇所のホテルを選んだ中で、1番気に入りました。価格面でも満足でき、多少の不便- さは、気になりませんでした。 |

きれいなホテルでした。部屋も狭すぎず広すぎずとても快適でした。 チェックアウトしていないのにかかわらず部屋のドアを開けて掃除の人が入ってきた。 |

相変わらず部屋がひなびたにおい。wi-fiが導入たありがたい。１ＦのＰＣはＦｒｅｅの方が親切 ここはバスタブが深く日本人にゆったり入浴できる。 |

この半年間で20近いホテルを利用しましたが、St. Moritzのホテルと並んで豪華な朝食でした。夕食のアメリカンレストランは、日本人にとってはすごい量- ですので、注文しすぎないよう御注意を。 最も「ユーザーレビュー通り」と感じたホテルでした。「シャンプーがない」とのことでしたので、準備して行- き、特に問題ありませんでした。備付のボディーシャンプーはありました。テレビが使いにくいでしょうか(す- ぐに有料チャンネルに入ってしまう)。せっかくいいホテルなのに、reception staffの中に冷たい対応をする人が何人かいたのが、とても残念でした。 |

中心地（ツォー駅）から歩いて２～３分なので大変便利。朝食もかなり種類があり満足。フロントが愛想が無い- のが残念な点。でもそんなのはあまり気にならない立地と値段でよいホテル。 チェックアウトの時に勝手にクレジットカード払いになっていた事。 |

ドイツに住む日本人です。私は偶然にも安く泊まれたので良かったです。バスタブもありましたし、部屋も綺麗- で、朝食も普通に美味しかったです。場所も良いです。 シャンプーが置いてあるとなお良かったですね。 |

部屋の設備、朝食等、特に不満はないです。ツォー駅から近く、利便性も高い。ネット接続も無線に加えてちゃ- んとケーブルも用意されていた。 歯ブラシくらいは置いといてほしかった。 |

When attacked by mosquitos(TRUE) in the room i was moved without fuss to another room immediately. The very polite and courteous staff were great at all times. paying for music/tv in the room |

very handy for Zooligischegarten station. there's no free wifi and they couldn't print my boarding pass for me because "there's something wrong with the cookies". Also, they have weirdly big, square pillows. lots of noise outside the room in the morning. |

Good location for getting around the city. I would expect at least the Internet access included for this kind of price. As a service, this is very cheap to provide and would greatly improve the value for your guests. Also breakfast for 16 EUR is far too much. Don't think this was a 4 star hotel level. |

Hotel was in a good location and was convenient for some of the sights and local bars. Staff were helpful and friendly The bar prices were far too high almost £6 for a glass of beer and the facilities were certainly not four star. the rooms were small and needed re furbishment - i have stayed in much better 3 star hotels |

Very kind personal, good accomondation in city, this non sesonal price was great... :) !!! we didn t like that on the Monday morning near our room were some renovation works, and it seemed us too early, we couldn t sleep :(....i would be ok, that they will make them from 10 00 ? :( |

Excellent location- close to tube, trains, etc. The room was cleaned on a daily basis and had adequate facilities- television, tea/coffee making facilities & a fridge. The staff were extremely polite, friendly and helpful. The hotel was advertised as 4 star, but by British standards I would say it was 3 star. This was not really a big problem for me as I did feel that I got good value for money overall, but a customer expecting a 4 star hotel may be slightly disappointed. We had booked on a room only basis and if we had wanted to eat breakfast in the hotel it would have cost 16 euro per person per day. This is extremely expensive for Berlin where prices are generally much lower than other European capital cities. |

Enjoyed our stay very much. Nice comfortable room, friendly staff, Ideal location for buses train and trams. Train from airport to Zoo stop, then waking distance to hotel. Excellent trip. |

The hotel was outside all the busy tourist street but easy to access from the airport via the train. It was also only 10-15 minutes by train to the tourist sites. Good shopping close by. The restaurant in the hotel was very nice and reasonably priced We thought the breakfast was a bit expensive but there were plenty of places to eat outside of the hotel. Just a small complaint, the toilet paper was the worst I have ever had in a hotel let alone a 4 star hotel. |
