The hotel is very conviently situated. I found the hotel staff pleasant and helpful but not intrusive. The room was small but contained all I needed and was very clean and comfortable. It faced away from the street and was agreeably quiet. Breakfast buffet was more than adequate and well laid out. |

This hotel was what we thought it would be it filled all of our expectations,the girls at reception were fantastic,room was really clean ensuite very clean and location in Berlin was great.Breakfast was superb. We enjoyed our time and would stay again. Thank you for our pleasant stay. Having to leave. |

The breakfast buffet was decent and varied with meats and yogurts. The size of the room was very, very small even for one person. The street noise was terrible. The mattress was 4" thin plastic, like a hospital stretcher. Awful bedding-made you sweat all night. No headboard, bed was shoved up against a desk unit. The safe did not work. |

The hotel has an excelent location, the staff was verry helpfull in giving information about the city, landmarks, transportation, restaurants. The room was clean, wi-fi internet acces inside the room. Good breakfast, overall great value for your money |

The location to shops, city tours and restaurants. The general area for walking and getting to know the city is excellent. I did not like having to wait for a table for breakfast. It was particularly bad on Friday17th April. Is there anything that can be done about enlarging the diningroom? It would be well worthwhile. |

The room was nice size for a single. The bathroom was spotless with decent size and hot water always plentiful. The breakfast buffet was wonderful. The goulasch soup at restaurant is a must have.Finally the free drink coupon you get and free trip sbahn card is a nice touch The breakfast should accommodate more people Each morning is a long wait |

The Berlin Plaza hotel is an excellent hotel in terms of its location in central Berlin for shopping and business. The staff are etremely friendly and always ready to help. The service is good and they have a lovely bar / restaurant |

The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was very good. The hotel is located in a very central area. The bedroom was extremely small for a double room. Also the pillows were too soft and we had to request more. It would have been nice to have shampoo/conditioner left in the bathroom. No english channels on t.v. Good hotel for budget travellers. |

its location, the staff were very helpful and very efficient, the breakfast was more than adaquate with plenty of variety the bedroom was very small and the bathroom was tiny....I banged my head off the sink while going to the toilet!! |
