Staff were so helpfully and excellent in all communication and support I am travelling around all Euro Countries none of them have the same attitude . I would like to thank all of them. Regards

All were so excellent except the arrangement of the bed really it was not comfortable and required to be reconsidered I mean (the Pillow and mattress ). Regards

Simple but comfortable hotel. Nothing exiting but also no drawbacks, everything is at the appropriate level. Free WiFi, frendly staff, clean room.

Very good hotel with friendly stuff and awesome location. It would take you just 15 minutes to kadewe, walking down the Kurfustendamm. Numerous cafes and restaurants nearby, U-Bahn Station is just around the corner. Room is comfy and cosy and you have everything you need, I even had a cute balcony. Would love to stay there again!

Just loved the hotel. It was really lovely and in the best position. They were helpful and thoughtful - especially when we missed breakfast with daylight savings :)

There were no "frills" (pool, sauna, gym, etc.), but for the cheap price I paid, I can't really expect all that. Not complaining. It was a good, clean, simple hotel with an excellent location.

We booked the hotel in haste after we decided to stay longer in Berlin but our first hotel was booked for those extra two days (Hotel Elba - which was AMAZING!!!!) and for the money the accommodation was adequate. Bathroom cute.

although the rooms were small so I was hardly walking through it with my two suitcases! Beds were cheap, though (mattresses), which I notice due to my back problems.

I very much enjoyed my stay at the Berlin Plaza Hotel. The staff from housekeeping to front desk were very kind and professional. The restaurant was excellent, I dined there three times in one week and was always delighted. your entire staff are all personable. Enjoyed myself very much.

The room was a bit small and there was not a comfortable chair to sit in. No room for a chair now that I think about it. No instructions how to operate the heat but not uncomfortable.

We went for a Christmas break. It was less than a 10min walk to the s-bahn station making it easy to get around the city. The room is small but all you need for a city break. The room had radiators where the guest could control the temp which was good for turning it up when we came in from the markets but we could turn it down to be comfortable while sleeping. The restaurant attached to the hotel was also very friendly.

The rooms were very small and no air-condition was available. Breakfast was ok, but not great.

Location of hotel was excellent particularly for shopping and visiting the Zoo.Price was very conpetitive for a city centre hotel. We chose not to eat breakfast at the hotel but this was because we wanted to sample what was on offer at the many cafes on the streets. Our room was spotless and relatively spacious. The windows seemed to be soundproofed as street noises did not interfere with our night's sleep. I would recommend this hotel as a good budget hotel for a city break in Berlin.

It suited our needs perfectly. If you're looking for luxury you should try elsewhere!!

номера скромноватые,подушки ужасно неудобные,постоянно билась головой о какой-то нелепый бордюр над головой. туалетных принадлежностей нет, холодильника тоже, не говоря уже о чайнике. что касается уборки в номерах,хотелось бы сразу отметить, что заселялись в отель около 16 часов, а номер был еще не готов,не убран. в номере убираются отвратительно, весь мусор,который упал на пол,пустые бутылки,стоявшие на полу не были убраны,но кровати застелены. интересно и то,что этот мусор мы выставили в общий коридор и убрали его только к вечеруна следующий день. завтраки оставляют желать лучшего

立地がよく、向かいにはスーパー、Sバーンの駅まで徒歩５分です。 スタッフの方は感じがいいです。

テレビとシャワーの位置が微妙です… 冷蔵庫があるとよかったです。
