室内にてインターネットが無線LANを介して無料で利用できたこと。 WakeupCall の設定の際、手順ガイドのドイツ語が聞き取れず苦労した。ホテル案内のA-Zのページにでも文章でのガイドを入れてくれると助かります。結局フロントに電話して頼みましたが。 |

駅からもそう遠くはなかったのですがツォー駅から歩いて住所を頼りに行ったらわかりにくかったです。ベルリ- ンで朝食がついてネットもできてこの値段ならまあ納得！きれいだし、一人でも泊まりやすく、スタッフも感じ- のいいホテルでした。 |

フロントは丁寧に対応してくれた。地下鉄の駅が近く、出かけるのに便利だった。空港バス停もごく近くだった- 。附属のレストランで飲み物１杯サービスあり。 週末にしたのレストランで酔っ払ってはしゃいでいる声が聞こえすぎた。 |

レストランが一階にあり、夜遅い時間まで営業しているのでとても便利でした。テーゲル空港からバスでの移動- では、ホテルの場所が最寄りのバス停からほんの数分の位置にあるため、長時間のフライトで疲れている時でも- スムーズに辿りつくことができとてもよかったです。 エアコンが完備されているともっと快適だと思いました。気温が予想以上に高かったため部屋の中が多少蒸し暑- く感じられました。 |

ロケーション、価格などは満足できるものでした。 部屋の洗面台が小さかったです。朝、顔を洗うと 床が水浸し。ここは改善を望みます。（419号室） |

３度目の利用ですが、バスタブ付きの部屋は便利で、朝食も豪華であり、バス停が近いことも便利です。また、- ウエルカムドリンクでお隣のパブが利用できるのも便利です。 |

We liked the breakfast, also the staff was very polite and helpfull. The location of the hotel is perfect, a lot of shops and restaurants nearby, close connection to U-Bahn and S-Bahn if you don't travel by car. Also wireless internet connection available for free through out the hotel |

The location was excellent. The hotel was very clean. The restaurant of the hotel has nice. The rooms were not so bad. The breakfast was very good. The wifi works, normal speed. The staff in the night shift... We arrived late (02:30), after calling and saying we were going to arrive at that time, and the guy in reception looked at us like if we were the devil. He was very unkind. We had to pay both nights in advance before getting the keys to the rooms. We just wanted to go to bed and sleep. We gave us information about nothing, helped us with nothing and he looked like he wanted to kick us out of the hotel. His English was also terrible, making him difficult to understand. After paying the rooms I wished him good night and he said: "if you say so.." Looking at me with a terrible expression in his face. So unpolite! That guy really hates his job. |

Nice staff, the room was small but extremely clean, and they provide free internet which is not easy to find in Berlin. The breakfast is a buffet with a good selection. Also, the location is very convenient for the ICC, but also to explore the city with many buses and an underground station. 15 min walk from the Zoo. |

The location of hotel was excellent! It was a very good hotel. I strongly recommend people to use that hotel in Berlin. Only thing I have complain is the water for bath. It is not clean water. |
