Cafe da manhã razoavel. Area sossegada e otima para condução. A internet / TV é impraticavel. Viavel apenas para noticiario, com opção de escolha da lingua. |

A localização é muito boa. O quarto era muito tranquilo. O pequeno almoço era um buffer muito bom. A sala do pequeno almoço por vezes era pequena para o número de hóspedes. |

Do acolhimento do pessoal e das instalações (relação qualidade-peço) , do excelente pequeno almoço, e da muito boa localização do hotel. As dimensões do quarto poderiam ser um pouco mais amplas e poderia ser dada a informação se os clientes desejavam, ou não, permanecer em quarto de fumadores. |

The location was excellent. The hotel was very clean. The restaurant of the hotel has nice. The rooms were not so bad. The breakfast was very good. The wifi works, normal speed. The staff in the night shift... We arrived late (02:30), after calling and saying we were going to arrive at that time, and the guy in reception looked at us like if we were the devil. He was very unkind. We had to pay both nights in advance before getting the keys to the rooms. We just wanted to go to bed and sleep. We gave us information about nothing, helped us with nothing and he looked like he wanted to kick us out of the hotel. His English was also terrible, making him difficult to understand. After paying the rooms I wished him good night and he said: "if you say so.." Looking at me with a terrible expression in his face. So unpolite! That guy really hates his job. |

Nice staff, the room was small but extremely clean, and they provide free internet which is not easy to find in Berlin. The breakfast is a buffet with a good selection. Also, the location is very convenient for the ICC, but also to explore the city with many buses and an underground station. 15 min walk from the Zoo. |

The location of hotel was excellent! It was a very good hotel. I strongly recommend people to use that hotel in Berlin. Only thing I have complain is the water for bath. It is not clean water. |

I liked its location at a central road, its excellent access to public transportations and the breakfast. The room was clean and the staff helpful and communicative. the elevator was just one with little vacancy but that was not a real problem |

I enjoyed the location a lot. It was very central, with nice streets for shopping and eating right outside hotel door. The staff was very nice and friendly. There was a good breakfast buffet. The room was very small, it was almost impossible to walk around the bed. |
