Clean bedroom with good shower / washing facilities for a family passing through the area, especially those using the E44 / A4. Breakfast is adequate, the bread rolls fresh and of good quality. The air condition fan is very noisy and the closeness of the road makes having the windows open impossible. Beds very hard and pillows uncomfortable. Please give good advice where to find good food at night -- not McDonalds or Chicken "Licking"

Location was good , being close to the motorway. Pity there was no restaurant but facilities nearby were good; Italian was great. Staff were very helpful. I did not see a form for maintenance requests. The toilet seat in my room (No 46) was loose and needed attention.

La chambre familiale avec mezzanine est une solution économique , qui allie proximité et surveillance des enfants et une certaine intimité , les enfants ont adoré la mezzanine Situé sur une vaste zone commerciale , aucune activité le soir 18h00 tout est fermé en allemagne. Mais comme nous n'avions prévu cet hôtel que comme une étape dans notre voyage cela ne nous a pas vraiment gêné , nous sommes allés couchés tôt voilà tout ;-)

Die Freundlichkeit der Hotelmanagerin und ihrem Lebensgefährten, sowie die schnellen Bemühungen, die Missstände oder Reklamationen in Ordnung zu bringen. Keine Heizung im Bad; Kanalsystem zwischen Waschbecken und Dusche im Bad.

Zimmer und Bad waren sauber! Zmmergröße war vollkommen okay. Haben einen Freund besucht und daher ohne Frühstück gebucht. Daher dazu keine Auskunft. Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Würde B&B Hotels auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Bett war ein bisschen zu hart - allerdings ist das geschmackssache!

Am besten hat mir, dass unkomplizierte Ein- und Auscheckverfahren. Nicht gefallen hat, dass der Getränkeautomat auf dem Zimmer (im EG) zu hören war.

Verschmutzter Fußboden, besonders im Flur. Im Doppelzimmer keine Schränke, nur Fächer, zu wenig Bügel. Kein Kofferbock! Keine Stühle! Zimmer zu eng. Keine Nachtschränke, nur Platten.

Stornierung bis zum Vortag der Anreise möglich, kostenlose Parkplätze, Fahrstuhl, unkomplizierte Abwicklung Eine Renovierung (Wände streichen, Macken reparieren etc.) könnte nicht schaden.

Basic hotel, prima prijs/kwaliteit verhouding, vriendelijk personeel, prima ontbijt. Je moet geen superdeluxe hotel verwachten. Prima om te overnachten om van daaruit Aachen te verkennen.

Das Hotel ist einfach aber völlig ausreichend. Zimmer war schön, nur nicht 100 % sauber, Frühstück völlig ausreichend. Preis- Leistungsverhältnis passt. Lage: liegt mitten in einem Gewerbegebiet, was aber am Wochenende nicht stört. Sauberkeit hätte besser sein können.

“After booking through booking.com, I sent an e-mail to the Hotal asking about parking, and got an instant and helpful response. When we arrived, there were no formalities, we were given the remote control for the Hotel garage (just over the road) and our room key. Very comfortable room, individual design and ornament (in the corridors too), free wi-fi. Very attractive second-floor terrace at the back with garden and a little pavilion to sit and read in, which we would have used had the weather been better.
