The staff were very friendly and helpful. The manager promptly provided us with access codes when we realised we would be arriving late due to bad weather. The breakfast was very good value. The car parking area is in a secure locked compound. |

We had the family room, and it was great to have 2 separate sleeping spaces. Although our room was non-smoking, the entire hotel (lobby included) smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. No soap or wash cloths were provided. Beds were uncomfortable. |

very easy to find, check-in/out, simple accomodations for cheap, don't stay here if you want extras or expect a lot, this is a bare minimum accomodation. they supposedly have free wifi but I couldn't connect because they send the code to your cell phone and for some reason it didn't come through on my Belgian SIM card. The website says to call the front dest for help if you do not receive the code but when I called reception no one answered and it went to a german recording. And the website wouldn't let me refresh and try again so in the end... no internet. |

I liked the family rooms and the parking. I love simple, cheap hotels since I don't see a reason to spend a lot of money on a place where I'm only going to sleep. I'm a big fan of Motel 6 in the States, and this is the closest European chain I've found to that. Having the space to easily park my big American vehicle was also a big plus! |

Nice room, strategic location (close to fast food restaurants, supermarket, toys r' us). Free parking, and free Wifi internet connection. The bathroom was not really clean. Specially the wall was a bit dirty, yellow spots, dust and hairs was found sticked to the walls |

Good location for people travelling to southern europe on holiday. The accommodation is ok, but single beds are a little small for adults over 6 foot. The hotel offers good value for money. |

It is clean, easy to find, nearby McDonalds, KFC and Subway. There is enoug parking area, furnish with furnitures, tv, elevator and the rate is good. There is no receptionist or a counter where you can ask information specially when you are a first timer in this hotel. |

Friendly staff, convenient if you arrive by car - close to the highway, yet far enough from the road that it's quiet at night. Comfortable beds and delicious, very generous breakfast. |

Split level family room was an all round hit and offered a nice degree of privacy. It had all you might need for a simple stopover. Although not in a town centre there was a choice of 3 eateries close by. |

Very good bed, pillows. Noise from the trafic outside. It was so bad that we couldn't keep the window open, and with the closed window the AC wasn't sufficient to keep the room from being very stuffy. The closed window did cut down the noise, though. Also there was a lot for noise from people opening doors -- you can hear everything. |

We used that hotel for 1 night on the return way home from Holland. It was absolutely suitable for this purpose at for short visit of the town Aachen. Hotel on the level B and B. |

Clean room, free parking, easy to find, free internet (but it didnt worked for me). Great hotel if your on business. If I have to be in the area I'll go again. There were troubles getting online. When I wanted to make a call the phone also didn't work. Because it was after 10pm the lobby was closed.The springs on the doors are very heavy. Not handy when your alone with 2 suitcases. |
