Room too small.

I liked the design of the family rooms, there is a half-floor (mezanine) for the kids beds with safety lock by the stairs. It is situated by the highway, makes it easy to find, great location for long road trips. Price is good.

Smell of cigarettes is excruciating. It is absorbed by the sheets, covers, towels, etc. Even in the elevator... It was so bad that my eyes and throat were hurting after half an hour. I felt sorry to let my kids spend the night there.

Price of breakfast was not on booking.com, price was 7,50 pp

The staff were multi-lingual and very friendly. The family room was great (a double bed with a second floor with twin beds). Very close to Aachen (about 10 minutes drive) with access to restaurants nearby. I would stay again.

Breakfast was very basic. There is no real bar, but you can get beer from the vending machine.

Smell of smoking in the corridors

Reception Person was much more friendly and helpfull than on our last stay in February. The room was cleaner than on our last visit. Nice restaurant with very good food within 2 miles of the BB Please change the worn out carpets, as soon as possible.

Friendly and very police reception staff and breakfast staff.

Toilet serat not cleaned underneath! Very soiled

Standard breakfast without yogurt, without juice, without ham, without fried eggs.

We had to pay the service before we checked the room. Room No.3 With broken air conditioning system. Nobody in reception to change the room 10 minutes after accommodation. We had to sleep in a fridge with temperature bellow 10 degrees in a ground floor room. We are still sick after that crazy night. There was available just one towel for both. Room was dirty with black mole in bath. Nobody available in the morning to claim some discount. We were selected to be punished? For what? Room No.3 Is a special one for that occasion? Be careful, all ground floor rooms are similar like No.3.

Удобный, комфортный, двухэтажный номер (второй этаж находится над санузлом). Рядом есть где поесть (фастфут). Бесплатная парковка при отеле.

Дешево, рядом Нидерланды, Бельгия и Люксембург, бесплатные парковка и Wi-Fi, вокруг много супермаркетов и торговых центров, чудесный чистый двухэтажный номер, приятный персонал.

Странно, но негатива нет.

sauber, sehr geräumiges Familienzimmer

Unkompliziert, wenn man nur eine Übernachtungsmöglichkeit braucht Kinder waren vom Familienzimmer begeistert, Aufstieg jedoch sehr eng, vor allem für die Eltern.

Frühstück könnte besser sein

Zimmer 63 war total verraucht. Für uns nicht als Raucherfüllte im Vorraus erkennbar. Eigentlich eine Zumutung. Noch am nächsten Tag Rochen meine Schlafklamotten!,,

La proximité avec la ville d'Aix la Chapelle et des thermes de Carolus (attention: il faut être tout nu pour y accéder mais ca ne pose aucun problème en Allemagne), la gentillesse du personnel

Le bruit des portes, les serviettes de toilettes un peu usées.
